Guests have use of an entire suite / a light, spacious bedroom in our annexe, just 10 m from a 16th century Elizabethan cottage in the very heart of Stamford. (High St. is barely 1 min walk away but the street is quiet, as it is an access only road) The annexe has a private entrance with 2 secure locks. Parking - free on site. Private en-suite bathroom & shower. Wifi, TV, microwave, kettle & light breakfast are provided (cereals/fruit) & guests are welcome to use our cottage kitchen & laundry.

Burghley House is a 30 minute stroll away, and Rutland Water is a short car journey, offering water sports, cycling, bird watching and even a beach!

Added bonus of 2 private parking spaces. 2 large screen smart TVs. Wifi included. Located in an ideal area for walking to Burghley House or travelling and exploring the local villages and places of interest such as Rutland Water. Unfortunately we are unsuitable for small children and wheelchairs due to the stairs.
