We had such a lovely stay at Bruvoll Feriehus - the home is very cosy with all the amenities for a relaxing, peaceful stay in this beautiful area of Norway. We found the home clean and comfortable. Annike was always friendly and quick to respond to our questions. Check in and out were both easy with clear instructions.

We had a great time with six (2 adults, 4 children) in Lieve's cabin. The cabin is perfectly equipped and very lovingly decorated. From the house you have an insanely beautiful view of the lake and the mountains and can hike right away. On the website of Geilo you will find tips for activities and hiking routes. A tip from us for rainy days: the cultural church in Geilo. In addition to art exhibitions and a cafe (at very fair prices), it offers a play corner for young children and a play area for larger ones with billiards, table tennis, foosball, chess game and shufflet table. Thank you for the wonderful time!

The view from the stairs was magnificent, and the stay was beyond all expectations. We used the available travel bed (however, we missed the bottom plate; this was not found). A cot was also available on the second floor. We traveled with two children, 2.5 years and 7 months old. We therefore all slept on the first floor, which was a little cramped with the travel bed, but perfectly safe. A safety gate for the stairs was also available. For families with older children, the second floor will be a good alternative. We look forward to another visit!

Great place, beautiful area, peaceful and idealic....

We had a great stay at Liv's and Torstein's farm. We were 1 adult and 3 kids (8-11 years old). The house was big and had everything we needed. The view is upon a lake and is very nice. Liv and Torstein were also very friendly and responsive. We hope to come back!

We enjoyed the night in this little sweet traditional cabin on a Norwegian farm... in nature, next to sheep and with a beautiful view! Would have loved to stay longer...

We borrowed this cabin for a trip to Langedrag with children and grandparents. Nice cabin, everything we needed was there, plenty of space inside, and space outside to play for the kids. We are not used to holiday in the mountains, so we didn't explore the area much. Otherwise a very nice experience and the host responded quickly to questions. Crooked to get on TV (google home) for with iphone, but it worked out with the ipad instead.

Hi Lars, Thanks for letting us stay in you nice house, it was a very unique place! We had a great time and we enjoyed staying. The Kids really liked playing with the dog! If you like a quiet unique stay we highly recommend this place!

Lovely quick and attentive communication with Kristin. The stay lived up to the description and is just what it is. A cabin high up in the terrain with lots of tranquility and great views. The house is exactly as it looks but also nicely cleaned and you immediately feel at home. we chose to hike from the house up on public hiking routes a few km away.

We have been to Hokksund several times in connection with work, and then it was important for us to be able to relax, make our own meals and sleep well between sessions. We get it at Åshild - and on top of that in beautiful surroundings and with pleasant hospitality. Recommend!

Great place, great setting and super nice host!

The place was a great fit for a family of 4 who would stand a couple of days on the slopes at Norefjell. Easily accessible. Master bedroom up and 2 bedrooms downstairs. Altial what you need for a nice weekend getaway.

We stayed at Petter’s place for a family trip with 4 adults and a baby. It was a lovely and peaceful spot with some woodland walks nearby. It’s also only 15 minute drive to the coastal town of Holmestrand. They have a pig and two dogs and the farm adjacent has several horses. There is a lodger living downstairs who kept to herself. The house was clean and tidy and nicely decorated, as per the photos. We didn’t meet Petter but he had good communication and was flexible in allowing us to check out slightly later. Many thanks!

Nina is a very lovely host. She responds immediately and helped us with finding activities and things to do in the area. She also invited us over for some mulled wine and prepared a bonfire for us. The view from the house is amazing, the interior is cosy, perfect for a cosy getaway

We had a great stay at Frøydis and Øyvind's cabin. Cozy is well located in the innermost part of Grønndalen with good opportunities for mountain trips. The cabin was spacious, cozy and had all the necessary equipment that we needed to live, eat and sleep well. Thank you so much for us, we would love to come again. Beautiful and lovingly furnished cottage in the middle of nature. Very clean and tidy. You have everything you need and a fantastic view of the mountains and a lake. We even saw a lynx.
