The cabin is located by Tinnsjøen lake with parking right beside it. It is 6 kilometers from Mæl ferry rental in the direction of Atrå. It is 17 kilometres to Rjukan, 25 kilometres to Gaustatoppen mountain and beautiful mountain areas. Beautiful views, plenty of sun. There is no running water in the cabin, but water tap just outside. Free wood for the wood stove. When there's frost and freezing temperatures, there's no water in the tap outside. Water must be collected from the host. Rowing boat is available for free. Cozy older house. Renovated bathroom and kitchen etc. in 2019. High capacity internet. Suitable for small families. This is a wooden house located on a small farm, 10 km from Lærdalsøyri. The house has its own garden with outdoor furniture. We do the cleaning ourselves and make sure everything is clean. Bed linen comes from the laundry. The house is small and charming with a relaxing atmosphere. Quiet area where it is nice to go for walks on the road or along the river. Nice marked trails up the mountainsides are also nearby. Short distance to Flåm.

Wild, beautiful and steep! Cabin with a fantastic view. Great natural surroundings with great hiking opportunities. Høgestølen is about 25 min from Hemsedal City Centre (Alpine Center), 15 min to grocery store, and about 5 min. to a network of cross country skiing trails. The cabin is heated with electricity and wood, heating cables in the bathroom and combined washer/dryer The cabin is steep! Car road to the door, possible to park right outside. Here you can experience total silence. In the summer there will be cows and sheep in the area.

We live in one of the houses and also rent out a cabin and the apartment on the top floor on AIRBNB. ("Rofshus2" and "Lita hytte i solfylt gårdstun") Patio with table, chairs and barbecue. The cabin consists of a kitchen with wood stove +2 hobs, bathroom with shower and toilet, loft and living room with double sofa bed. Heated with wood and electricity. It is possible to rent bed linen set for NOK 75 per set. Private parking outside the cabin.
