Shower and toilet area flows directly to kitchen without a door, so this space is best for a single person or partners who aren’t shy about bathroom noises. And tall people, be advised: knee walls leave limited head room on either side of loft apartment. Ramshackle neighbors but safe neighborhood!

I like to brag that this is the cutest studio apartment in the city. It's in a brick Arts & Crafts apartment building built in 1915 and retains a lot of its original architectural features. It's furnished with an eclectic mix of antiques & modern pieces, decorated with original & vintage artwork, & stocked with vintage dishes and silverware. If you like drinking from a Ball jar, this is the place for you! It's furnished for comfort and privacy. It's high ceiling and windows give it character.

This space is 720 sq ft with a private entrance and bath. It is approximately one block from Butler University, 2 1/2 miles from Broad Ripple, six miles from Keystone Crossing great shopping and four miles to downtown Indianapolis. We have a screen porch that seats four available for you to use during your visit
