Located within a short walk of Chico's beautiful One-Mile park and swimming hole, and just one mile from downtown and the university. Private back patio with a small gas grill. Excellent air conditioning and heating, and a fully appointed kitchen. Full bathroom with bathtub. Would comfortably fit two people, but would accomodate two more with a provided air mattress if you were open to sharing the room.

The cottage is a private cottage located behind my house. It can accommodate 2-3 people (there is a $25/night charge for a third person). There is a queen size bed in the bedroom, a couch in the living room, plus a blow-up mattress. We are located 1-mile from town and a 10 min. walk to Chico State.
