Situated on Easton's Point, brand new ocean front tiny house looks across to Mansion Row with access to a rocky beach for lounging, swimming, or fishing. The property is close to downtown Newport & ideally located between three beaches. The cozy unit has a queen bed, full bath & kitchenette with coffee maker, fridge, and toaster oven. There is a small deck with ocean views, access to ocean front, outdoor shower and off street parking. We provide beach chairs, a beach umbrella and towels.

*We do live upstairs. Like any apartment, normal living noises & creaks may be heard in the apartment* One bedroom apartment with Queen bed, and Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Full kitchen and 3/4 bathroom. Close to downtown New Bedford with many restaurants, ferries to Martha's Vineyard, Nantucket and Cuttyhunk. Short walk to the beach, Fort Rodman & Taber, military museum, walking/bike path. Flexible Check-in, arrive as early as 9AM or as late as needed. No Guests or parties.

Enjoy swimming, fishing, or relaxing on the float and soak up the sun. You can also explore the Horseneck Beach, wander the trails, taste the local farms and restaurants, and more. If you want to unwind at the cottage, watch shows on the 65" Samsung Smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, sit on the deck, and flip some burgers on the gas grill.

After a day of searching for Sea glass and building sand castles on your own beach you will fall right asleep to the sounds and smells of the ocean right outside your bedroom patio doors. Our Cottage sits directly on White Pond tucked away on acres of private property. Our cottage offers a private beach, deck, outdoor shower, outdoor dining area all while enjoying Cape Cod. White Pond is ideal for swimming, boating and fishing. The bike path and well known beaches are less than 2 miles and near to many delicious restaurants. There is another cottage on this property that sleeps four if you have other guest wanting to join
