The cabin is located in scenic surroundings on Gautestad about 17 km. from Evje city center. There are several nice hiking areas nearby, bathing water and great cross-country skiing trails in winter. Evje has lots to offer, including climbing park, go-karting, Evje Mineralpark and TrollAktiv. The latter has a variety of activities such as rafting, canoe rental, paintball, bow and arrow and much more. Booking in autumn/winter and Easter holidays runs from Thursday-Monday and Monday-Thursday

Big rental house in Gautestad

A peaceful, large house right by the lake of Høvringen in Norway. The house hosts a private beach, perfect for fishing, swimming and a row around the lake. The house comes with a lot of beds, and a small sleeping loft, perfect for big groups. Towels and sheets are NOT included. Stores are located about 20-25 minutes away by car, in the small city of Evje. A small gym is available in the annex next to the house, free to use during your stay. The hot tub is available Easter to mid October.

Ligger på 650-700 meters høyde over havet. Perfekt for de som er mange og de få. Wifi, Hjemmekinoanlegg og høytalere, TV med PS4, TV Linær, TV, Smart, barneleker/spill kan benyttes. Hytta ligger sentralt på Løyningsknodden på Bortelid. Høy standard med badstu, boblebad og stor sydvendt terrasse med god utsikt. Hytten er romslig og har 10 sengeplasser fordelt på 4 soverom pluss TV- stue med sovesofa. I tillegg er det plass på hemsen til to/ tre på flatseng. Et godt utstyrt kjøkken med kaffemaskin, oppvaskmaskin mv. Eget vaskerom med tørketrommel, vaskemaskin og tørkeskap dekker de fleste behov. Det er mulig å lade elbil på eiendommen.

Ny, moderne hytte ferdigstilt i 2023. Lyst og delikat innredet med store vinduer som rammer inn vakker fjellutsikt. Usjenert beliggenhet innerst i en endeveg. Koselig uteplass med bålpanne for sene kvelder. Hytta ligger midt i naturens lekegrind – med umiddelbar nærhet til skiløyper, fjellturer, sykkelstier, fiskevann, badeplass ved Osen/Birtevann og ski-/akebakke ved Solliåsen. Hamaren Aktivitetspark/ Tretoppveg nås med bil på ca. 30 - 35 min.

Setesdalen - cabin with a view in Åraksbø

The cottage is located in quiet and rural surroundings in the beautiful village of Åraksbø. The cabin is idyllically located on the east side of Åraksfjorden with sun from early morning to late evening. Good opportunities for swimming, fishing and mountain hiking. Åraksbø is a good starting point for day trips both westwards over Brokke-Suleskaveien to Prekestolen and Kjerag, and northwards towards Hovden and Haukelidfjell.

Personal atmosphere, with relativelhy old, well-kept furniture. Lovely bird-singing around.
