Beautiful house located in the heart of Bymarka. High standard. Fantastic rural location, but you drive to Trondheim city center in 15 minutes. You need a car to get here, but in return you live in the middle of the hiking terrain with unique opportunities both in summer and winter. The home is used by the host as a holiday home when it is not rented out. Bed linen and towels are included. The 5th bed is in the living room. If you want to live in a rural area, but at the same time close to the city, this is something for you. It's not a party place. Animals are welcome.

Tårnheim on Hølonda, 45 km from Trondheim, is 10 metres high, with four floors. Built in wood with extensive reuse of materials. Kitchenette on the first floor, library on the second, bedroom with good view on the third and a cozy pavilion with balcony on the 4th floor. The tower is located 45 km from Trondheim. Welcome to our charming cottage at the gateway to Bymarka! Here you can enjoy the silence, drink your morning coffee with a wide view and let the days be filled with walks, fresh air and a peace that only nature can provide. When the evening comes, you can crawl up in front of the fireplace, hear the wood crackle and feel your shoulders sink. The cabin is simple and cozy, with nostalgic interiors and soul from a bygone era. A place for those who want to relax, live slowly and take in all the beauty.

Cabin by the sea with amazing view!

Unique sea front cabin. Very modern and fully equipped. Amazing view over the fjord. The cabin is located 10-15 min outside the city center, with bus departure every hour. Bus stop 1 min away. The cabin is 28 m2 big and is available for up to 2 people. Upstairs mezzanine with a ladder-accessed bed and a comfy sleeping couch below. Free parking by the road and only 1 minute walk down a small hill to the house. The jacuzzi cost extra to use, depends on how many days. No smoking and no parties.

Idyllic place in the forest with sauna!

Here you can really get away from city noise. Ski trails are rigt behind the corner and you can enjoy a hot sauna after a long day outdoor. We live upstairs in the house, but we rent out a simple independent apartment in the groundfloor. In December 2021 we refurbished it with a new bathroom, sauna and kitchenette. Although the house seems remote, it's only a 15/20 minutes walk to the tram that takes you directly to the city center. Let us know if there is anything you'd like to know! :-)

The cabin in the woods is located on Byneset in Trondheim municipality. Nice view of Trondheim fjord and rich wildlife. Close to Byneset golf at Spongdal. 30 min drive by car to Trondheim. The road to the cabin is somewhat steep and winding. In winter, the road is cleared and salted. It is an advantage to have a good winter car.

Great apartment

Here the whole family can enjoy a great stay with immediate proximity to Bymarka in Trondheim, in the middle between the pearls Kyvannet, Lianvannet and Haukvannet. Short distance to the tram that takes you to Trondheim city center. Ski tracks, hiking trails and bathing water right outside the door.
