The house is simply amazing !! The location is great, the street is very quiet and has easy access to the beach by walking 2 minutes. Extremely clean and organized residence, and Zélia is a great host, she was super attentive at all times.

The experience was great from beginning to end. The house is very cozy, complete, safe and very clean. The internet is good, the beds are comfortable, there are towels and toiletries on site. All Ares-Conditioners work perfectly. The house also has ample space for guests. I don't have anything to complain about. Note 10/10. Suggestion: the pool could have all the jets from the hydromassage area working, and a heating system would be interesting. When I went, it was raining and the water was very cold. There could also be a bigger TV in the living room. But, of course, this does not compromise the stay at all — it's just a suggestion.

We had a great experience with hosting. The house is super spacious, well located and serves a large family very well. Ciro was very helpful and kind every time we needed him. If God allows, we will stay here more often.

I would like to record my dissatisfaction with some situations experienced in the condominium: * Lack of understanding and dialogue on the part of the trustee; * excessive restriction on the use of laundry, requiring scheduling even when the space is unoccupied and depending on the owner of the apt to schedule * Smoking in the pool area, even though it is completely open and empty; * Unfounded charges and enforcement of fines without plausible justification; * Receiving a fine when quickly entering the condominium with my small dogs, the reason alleged was the presence of a large dog on the street; * Collection of a value considered abusive for an ozone treatment, supposedly to eliminate cigarette smell. I ask that these issues be analyzed with more empathy and common sense, seeking collective well-being and a more fair and balanced coexistence for all the condominiums.

We stay very quiet. Very attentive host, we don't need anything, but I'm sure if there were any demands she would be attentive to answering us. Apartamento is new and beautifully decorated. The kitchen utensils are of very good quality of impeccably clean. Access is quite easy and the garage inside the block is also a differential. it is possible to go to the beach on foot and has good restaurants in the vicinity.

I have nothing to complain about, everything was excellent. What I needed, ordered, and was promptly resolved. The co-host was very flexible when checking in, understood my situation and left the key available at dawn, as my flight arrived too early. The apartment is great: very comfortable beds, excellent bathrooms and the super-equipped kitchen with everything I needed. I recommend it!

Helpful and efficient host. Minor issues with the internet company were resolved in the shortest time due to the attention of your Oscar. An important point for those who work online like me. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the beach, 7 minutes from Avenida Mar Vermelho, where there are several restaurants, snack bars, a pet shop, supermarkets, etc. I took the opportunity to catch up on my workout in the full gym and do my post-workout in the rooftop pool. I felt safe and was well treated by all the neighbors I met.

Beautiful room, good location with plenty of shops nearby. Well-equipped room with a view of the avenue. There are no parking spots for all cars, but right in front there is a parking lot of a store that is very quiet to park.

Perfect!!! I felt at home! I stayed 1 month in the apartment and simply loved it! Marcos responds super fast, very friendly and flexible, Mauricio (trustee and who received me) tb was very friendly and helpful. The apt is very good, everything new, super ventilated and cozy, the view is spectacular and the beach is very good. For those who like a quiet beach, without many waves and without much muvuca, it is perfect. But it also has Lovina very close by, which is a beach club. Only thing is that it is located a little away from larger markets, but condominium has a mini market that super helps. Super was worth it, I definitely recommend!
