The house is very cozy and very spacious. The beach is very quiet! Hosts are helpful, always responding on time. I loved everything!

The experience was great from beginning to end. The house is very cozy, complete, safe and very clean. The internet is good, the beds are comfortable, there are towels and toiletries on site. All Ares-Conditioners work perfectly. The house also has ample space for guests. I don't have anything to complain about. Note 10/10. Suggestion: the pool could have all the jets from the hydromassage area working, and a heating system would be interesting. When I went, it was raining and the water was very cold. There could also be a bigger TV in the living room. But, of course, this does not compromise the stay at all — it's just a suggestion.

We had a great experience with hosting. The house is super spacious, well located and serves a large family very well. Ciro was very helpful and kind every time we needed him. If God allows, we will stay here more often.

Perfect home away from home!

I would like to record my dissatisfaction with some situations experienced in the condominium: * Lack of understanding and dialogue on the part of the trustee; * excessive restriction on the use of laundry, requiring scheduling even when the space is unoccupied and depending on the owner of the apt to schedule * Smoking in the pool area, even though it is completely open and empty; * Unfounded charges and enforcement of fines without plausible justification; * Receiving a fine when quickly entering the condominium with my small dogs, the reason alleged was the presence of a large dog on the street; * Collection of a value considered abusive for an ozone treatment, supposedly to eliminate cigarette smell. I ask that these issues be analyzed with more empathy and common sense, seeking collective well-being and a more fair and balanced coexistence for all the condominiums.

A Estádia with Tiago was very good. Clear, solicitous communication and impeccable apartment. All very clean, organized and very well equipped. The decoration of the very beautiful apartment, making us feel at home. A compliment also to Ítalo, responsible for reception and guidance, very polite and attentive. The experience in Paraíba was wonderful and we will definitely return. Super Recommend :)

The Marina space is really spacious, cozy, well-lit and airy. Our family and friends loved everything - especially the tranquility of the building and the neighborhood. The beach, which is just a few meters away, is delightful. I highly recommend it and we will definitely return!

We stay very quiet. Very attentive host, we don't need anything, but I'm sure if there were any demands she would be attentive to answering us. Apartamento is new and beautifully decorated. The kitchen utensils are of very good quality of impeccably clean. Access is quite easy and the garage inside the block is also a differential. it is possible to go to the beach on foot and has good restaurants in the vicinity.

Amanda's communication was perfect from first contact( attentive all the time ) the wonderful place, close to everything ( bakeries , pharmacies , supermarkets,gallery etc .). Super peaceful and family-friendly. The 5-star accommodation ( better than the photos ) is quite detailed and the apartment impeccable. We always have the concern to welcome our pet and it was amazing ( carpet, fountain) 👏👏👏👏 At God's permission we will return 🙏 Our family loved ❤️ Thank you Amanda

The location near the beach, Bessa in João Pessoa and the center of Intermares is a great differential, making it possible to walk along the paved road or the beach, an average time between 10 and 20 minutes. The Host was super flexible and helpful. The accommodation has a good presentation and an adequate structure for an excellent stay. The furniture and fixtures are of good quality, as are the bed and pillows. The bedding is simple, but clean and in good condition. In summary, everything was very satisfactory. I recommend it and I would definitely return/return at another time.

Beautiful room, good location with plenty of shops nearby. Well-equipped room with a view of the avenue. There are no parking spots for all cars, but right in front there is a parking lot of a store that is very quiet to park.

A modern apartment, all of very good taste and new, especially comfortable beds and all the amenities working perfectly!! Both Karina and Marina are excellent hosts!!! I highly recommend this property to come with family and/or friends.

Leandro's apartment is great! The place is exactly like those in the photos. The apartment is comfortable and spacious, equipped with the necessary for a good stay. The condominium has an excellent infrastructure with large pools, game rooms, movie room, sauna, gym.... With regard to Leandro, always very available and attentive. I will return whenever I can.

Very comfy and cozy space. The structure of the site served us very well. The balcony is a very nice size, much larger than the “conventional” ones. The building has a lot to facilitate and serve the guest during the stay (gym, smart market, access to the beach/foot in the sand). The support team was very helpful and always responded very carefully. I recommend it.
