Holiday rentals with a pool in Cabezas

I typically don’t leave reviews unless I’m impressed, and with Noemi’s home, we felt right at home the second we walked in. It was perfect, from beach towels, floaties, umbrellas, and plenty more for our family of 8 visiting! We enjoyed swimming in the pool, cooking by the grill and having family time, there’s tons of games and things to do for the winding down time. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. It was absolutely perfect. And any question we had we were greeted with a friendly response very quickly whether it was at 3am or 1pm! It was amazing waking up and seeing the wild horses roam the roads, and we enjoyed how close the beaches are! We are already trying to find some more time to revisit this home as it checked off every box for us! If you’re looking for a safe and friendly place to stay in Puerto Rico this is it! I would 100% stay again when I have the opportunity! Our family is forever grateful for the memories we made here. Thank you Noemi!

Place in a beautiful location. It does not have air conditioning in the common areas, which made the stay a bit warm. But overall, everything was fine.

Beautiful apartment! First floor, still offered beautiful views of the ocean bay, the breeze was everything! Both bedrooms & bathrooms conveniently located on opposite ends of eachother. Had Alexa & was close to many nearby attractions. Omar the manager was excellent & prompt with communication he even called several times to discuss our stay. Our party of five (my two young adult kids, myself and husband & my 6 yr old) would have fit comfortably if the teens would have shared their bed but my 6 yr old just slept on the couch. Keep in mind there is an extra blow up mattress available if mentioned ahead outside of the 6th guest, the AC is controlled by them so you just have to communicate your ideal temps for each room and it was taken care of right away between hours of 8a-11p & visiting guests must be added to the stay for an additional cost. We only stayed one night so did not get to enjoy the pool. Building was private & clean. I'd definitely stay again!

This was our first real vacation with our toddler, and we are so glad we found this home! The home was beautiful, clean, and had excellent views of the ocean! The hosts were incredibly helpful and provided us with a pack n play for our daughter, as well as a high chair. They were very responsive to our messages and always replied quickly. We enjoyed the local recommendations for restaurants, too. The home had literally everything we needed to relax and enjoy our vacation in Puerto Rico! The home was bright with lots of windows and natural light, cool with the AC units throughout, and spotlessly clean. We also enjoyed taking advantage of the private pool in the backyard! We would absolutely stay here again!

A relaxing experience, very clean, quiet place and the house contains everything you may need for your stay. I recommend it 100%. Hosts are very attentive and quick to respond. We were celebrating my son's birthday and Sandy decorated the room with balloons just as I requested. Exceeded my expectations. Thank you.

Al’s place was great in a great area close to local attractions. The pool made it nice to relax on days that you would like to relax. Plenty of restaurants with in walking distance of the house. Quiet neighborhood that we felt safe walking through.

We’ve been staying at Airbnbs since the very beginning, and this was by far the nicest place we’ve ever stayed. The views were absolutely stunning, and the pool was so comfortable and inviting. We loved being within walking distance to dinner, our sailboat tour, and close to both the bioluminescent tour and the rainforest excursion. The kitchen was used daily and thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials—we truly appreciated every detail that was considered. Juan’s communication was exceptional—better than any host we’ve ever had. He called us ahead, made sure we got in okay & communicated clearly throughout the visit. The place was absolutely stunning. We couldn't imagine a better location or have had a better experience. Thank you again for your kindness and for allowing us to enjoy such a special place.

Easy check in, you just have to follow instructions, elevators work, stunning view, photos as described,very spacious. Ac worked great, bathroom shower was amazing. Note there is no shade or curtain for the sliding doors (if you are sensitive to light) beach chairs, beach towels were included. Host was very responsive and addressed a small issue we had with bed sheets. There is plenty of lighting that is adjustable as well as 2 ceiling fans and 3 separate A/C units on the wall. 2 TV’s on the wall. There is a binder of instructions with rules, which looks overwhelming but self explanatory. Our stay was for 4 days, quiet building, they have a washer dryer downstairs. There is pool we didn’t get to even look at, because it said it needed reservation on the rule book, security guard said no reservation needed. (So check it out)Plenty of parking never had and issue finding a spot. Felt safe a lot of nice restaurants walkable distance from condo. Would recommend and would stay here again. 5⭐

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect just a short walk to the catamarans and close to all the excursions, which made it easy to be on time and enjoy everything without the hassle of driving long distances. The host was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. The place was clean, cozy, and easily sleeps four people comfortably. We especially appreciated the little extras like board games, speaker to listen to music, coffee ready to make, and beach chairs, which made our stay even more convenient. The parking area is secure which was an added plus with our jeep rental. The views were beautiful, and it was the perfect home base to relax after a day of adventure. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Fajardo, Puerto Rico!

This is a perfect place to stay. It’s beautiful & has the BEST view, it’s close to restaurants, activities, & the beach. Love the bedroom that has 2 bunks. Great shower. Kitchen is well-supplied. Elevator is quick for it to be on the 23rd floor.

My best friends and I had an incredible time at Alix’s beautiful condo. This experience truly allowed us to embrace slow living and relaxation! We immediately felt like we were part of a close-knit island community, everyone greeted each other with a smile and a friendly conversation! The views absolutely breathtaking! The sunrises over the ocean each morning were beyond words, and pictures just don’t do it justice. A few tips for future guests: If you plan to explore beyond the island, be mindful of the ferry hours, it only allows six passengers at a time. Harbor Café is a must-visit! The food is SO GOOD! I could eat their fish tacos and empanadas every day! We loved the fun atmosphere, with karaoke nights, a DJ, and great music. We truly enjoyed a few evenings of dinner, drinks, and dancing. If you're looking to explore nearby islands, I highly recommend renting a charter for island hopping—it’s worth it! This was an unforgettable experience, and we will definitely be back!
