This very light and quiet studio is located in the heart of the Design District. You have small coffee shops around the corner as well as a couple of super markets. There are many tram and bus stops close by, but you can walk downtown since it’s so close! There are a number of bars & restaurants close by, where you can have a drink by the sea.
