The house is simply amazing !! The location is great, the street is very quiet and has easy access to the beach by walking 2 minutes. Extremely clean and organized residence, and Zélia is a great host, she was super attentive at all times.

The listing is exactly like the pictures and descriptions. The environment was clean, organized and quite comfortable. The hostess was also requested and extended the checkout time so that we can enjoy more of the stay. With respect to the location, although it is close to the beach and market, the displacement still needs to be made by car, as walking is far away, so it is something that must be taken into account for those who decide to use Uber during the trip. In general, I recommend the stay yes ☺️

We had a great experience with hosting. The house is super spacious, well located and serves a large family very well. Ciro was very helpful and kind every time we needed him. If God allows, we will stay here more often.

The spectacular eh house, super well maintained and pleasant. We are in 3 families (3 couples and 5 children) and the 5 bedrooms are sufficient in comfort. Great integrated living room with kitchen , living and outdoor pool. A Taninha and Ana are a ball show. Feriadão was very tasty and João Pessoa surprised me positively.

Great location , next to restaurant! A good double room, has two beds to take up to a child. Clean Room was only on the floor wet when we arrived I believe it was from the cleaning, just an observation of the part of the bathroom that had sand! Location of easy access!

Quiet stay, great apartment, we had no problems with parking, which was a concern. Some items, such as dishes, could have three, which would make it easier for children. We had an incident with the remote control, which prevented the use of the TV on the first day, the next day the host sent a new one, the resolution time was not pleasant but acceptable. The building and staff environment, totally pleasant, very polite, everything extremely clean, from the reception to the pool. Great location for those who want to stay close to the waterfront but not close enough to be disturbed by the movement.

About Luxor: Great location, close to restaurants, local shops, and of course, close to the beach. The building space is very good too, underground garage, game room, and the pool that is exceptional. About the Ap: Even a lot of space, bedrooms and room with air conditioning, it served 5 people very well. About the Host: Atenciosa since the first contact, note 10. I recommend the same, and yes, I will come back more often!

My stay at Débora's apartment was excellent! From the beginning, communication was impeccable, Deborah and Dayanne were always attentive and ready to help. The apartment is exactly as in the photos, super well located, in front of the beach and close to everything! I traveled alone and found a fully equipped space, with everything I needed: beach chairs, microwave, refrigerator, air fryer, blender, popcorn maker, couscous maker, coffee maker... in short, everything designed to provide comfort and practicality. I highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Renata's apartment is perfect! Super well equipped, it has absolutely ALL the necessary kitchen utensils, it is very well decorated, you can really feel at home. Other than that, it's very well located! You will be close to the main attractions and things to do in João Pessoa. Renata and her husband's care for guests is another differential! They respond super fast and are super helpful in making the stay even better. Leaving from there was even difficult lol, I highly recommend it!!!

The flat is simply beautiful! It was 5 wonderful days. The view is wonderful, the pool view is lovely, the apartment is beautiful and clean. The kitchen has everything you need for a stay. For those who like a busy place, it is not suitable, the busiest part of the waterfront is about 8 minutes by car, but for those who like a quiet beach, the place is perfect. I simply loved Jess's space.

Huge, sparkling clean, and perfect for both kids and adults to enjoy. We spent hours lounging, swimming, and just soaking in the peaceful vibe. But what truly made the experience unforgettable was the host. Kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming — it felt less like renting a property and more like being invited into someone’s beachside paradise. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and it showed.

Beautiful room, good location with plenty of shops nearby. Well-equipped room with a view of the avenue. There are no parking spots for all cars, but right in front there is a parking lot of a store that is very quiet to park.
