The accommodation is very nice and the village is very nice, the location is close to the beach restaurants. I loved it, I've stayed there several times and I really like the accommodation.

We loved this place! Set amidst the jungle, we loved the walk to get to the casa, we loved the peacefulness of the space, the open air terrace was our favorite spot to hang out and eat meals! Will definitely be back, highly recommend!

It was a great weekend. The house was very clean. The beach is walking distance. I would recommend that a water dispenser could be added to the house so that we can use the drum with ease.

If camping is not your thing, but you want a pretty nice, rustic place away from the hustle and bustle, this is the place. Close to the beach, pretty nice people and a comfortable place to sleep. I have to go back to this place.

We found Casa Moonshine to be a very special place nestled in the jungle but mere footsteps to the beach. It was our first time in Yelapa and it literally took our breathe away. We were greeted by our host only moments after arrival and found the casa to be even prettier than we expected, clean, spacious and an amazing place to wake up in the morning. Bugs were not an issue whatsoever and the locals were some of the friendliest people we met in Mexico. Highly recommend Chicos and the Yacht club for dinner and drinks and the folks at the deposito were a hoot. Can't wait to return! Thank you so much Celene and Allan for an amazing stay.

Good location in the village of Yelapa, clear directions to get there and the space has everything you need to have a comfortable stay. Everything is consistent with what is described in the listing.

We had a wonderful time in Yelapa in this beautiful home! James was incredibly responsive and helped us with anything we needed. The views were breathtaking and the house was perfectly located. Yelapa was the perfect place for us to spend the week with our two toddlers. Lots of places to explore, animals to see and great food to eat. It was a dream vacation!

By far my favorite place to stay in Yelapa! This location is tucked away from the road, so the ATVs are more distant. It’s far enough away from the centro & Yacht Club (noisy music on weekends) so you get true peace and quiet, especially with ear plugs. The location and view is beautiful, especially from the loft and I loved the swinging bed.. and still super easy to walk to everything. Exceeded expectations. Quite clean for “indoor outdoor” living. (Tiny ants occasionally but didn’t bother~ they are clean up crew). The bathroom was nicer than expected and has great acoustics! lol. Hosts were extremely friendly and accommodating for my needs. WiFi was excellent! Had zoom calls w camera on without issues. Restaurant favs: Los Abuelos, tacos y mas, cabinitas, Pacifica bakery (has gf!). Go to the bigger waterfall! It’s a hike. Bring extra water. 2 river crossings.

Amazing! Vico, the property manager, was incredible. He helped us schedule massages, had great restaurant recommendations and was incredibly responsive. The space is beautiful. The stair situation was a challenge but we’ve all left stronger, and appreciated Vico’s help with the bags. There weren’t extra pillows - if you’re particular about your pillow I’d recommend bringing your own.

Dreamy spot! So clean & lullabied to sleep by the breeze and the waves. Comfortable bed, delicious clean water and a sunny porch plus shaded dining and sitting area on the balcony too! Exquisite views as above some of the noise down below. Berita has a warm smile and Yuri is quick with every need!

This is my 2nd time to stay here and I love being here. It will not be my last time. Ruben is always attentive and there is always someone, if I need something. Irma is also very sweet and responsive.

What a special spot! We had the best week at Casa Journey that started with a private water taxi into yelapa, included a stocked fridge with homemade ceviche, guacamole and salsa. The home was pristine, cleaned as requested and we even enjoyed a homemade meal one night. The views never got old and any help we needed from finding the local market to arranging a fishing trip were addressed quickly. Thank you for sharing your home with us and for ensuring we were well cared for. We loved our time there and would highly recommend Casa Journey to friends.

The apartment is in a great location, just steps away from groceries and several eating establishments. The beach is only about a 10-minute walk with great views of the bay. We went in the low season, so there wasn't too much noise apart from ATVs on the main road during the day, but this dies down before it gets too late. There's plenty of space in the apartment and, while we didn't do any cooking ourselves, you've got everything you need to make a home-cooked meal if you wish. Whether you're staying for a couple of nights or a couple of weeks, I would highly recommend this location!
