Holiday rentals with beach access in Cabo San Lucas

We stayed here for a week and loved it! The condo can use a little sprucing up but the views make it worth it. The bed was very comfy. Costco is a quick uber down the block. We stocked up on what we needed for the week and made breakfast to eat on the balcony every morning. The amenities are nice! The condo has everything you need for a little beach day at the private beach. 10 minute uber ride to downtown. We will definitely be coming back here again!

Absolutely loved our stay! The location is perfect, right in the middle of the marina with super secure access. The condo was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay! Didn’t use the hot tub but the view was beautiful! Super comfortable bed & couches! Loved that there was 2 full bathrooms as well. Highly recommend. Loved my morning walks around the marina to medano beach (10 mins away along the marina). Also loved the convenience of having 2 supermarkets within a few mins walk, one right below (with direct lift access to the mall) and a new Walmart across the road. Super secure parking as well. Staff and security are all very friendly and helpful! This location has become the only place we stay when visiting Cabo!

the place was perfect! It had all the things you would need including beach chairs, umbrella and cooler. it was very clean and haf a great pool on the roof. I would definitely stay here again. very close to downtown cabo san Lucas and a short drive to the best beaches on the island chilleno, santa maria and palmilla. Soriano and costco mins away from the condo.

The best place to stay in the cabos, the view is breathtaking, it's definitely worth every dollar. The pool area is practically for you only if there are no more guests. Close to very quiet beaches. Best option is Uber.

Antonio waa very responsive and everything seemed very clear. It was a wonderful location since everything is at walking distance. The fellow gateman was friendly and there is also a little store inside the condominiums. Overall a great stay. Would book again on my next trip to Los cabos san Lucas. The apartment was very clean. 😄

John’s apartment is lovely! Great views of the ocean and pool. Everything was tidy & worked out great for us. Highly recommend!

Melissa’s place looks fabulous! It’s clean, spacious, high end with all the amenities we were looking for including washer and dryer. I love the spacious bathroom , separate shower and jacuzzi! . My family and I enjoyed staying here. This is by far the best AirBnb I ever stayed. I will recommend my family and friends to stay at Melissa’s place.

Julie and Charlie were fabulous hosts. They greeted us, gave us suggestions. You can tell they’re as involved as you want them to be or will leave you alone. The airbnb is attached to their house but it feels very private. The value is incredible for what you get in Pedregal. The area is fairly steep so be prepared for that but there house is towards the bottom of the hill so it’s easy to go into town. The view is absolutely incredible. The pool is very convenient to quickly get in without having to pack up and everything for the beach. Security is a huge benefit… security is so good that they take the uber drivers licenses then give them back when you leave but it’s still convenient to call Ubers. You definitely don’t need a car staying here. The value is incredible and I would definitely recommend it to a couple. There’s not much closet space so pack light but you don’t need much anyway. There are several grocery stores within walking distance.

Shonas place was a 10/10!! I was very satisfied and her place is just as described. It’s located in a beautiful, quiet, safe neighborhood. The private beach is just a 10 min walk. She has an umbrella and beach towels for use, which we appreciated very much! The house is very spacious with lots of storage space and very pretty! You can see the Cabo Arch from the upstairs balcony, that was very cool! It’s located about 10-15 from downtown. I would definitely recommend this house!

We had a variety of friends stay for 4 days for my 40th birthday. With a lot to do in Cabo we found ourselves always wanting to go back to the house to hang out. The architecture and landscaping is really impressive, you can tell Brad put a lot of thought into setting the vibe for the place. Perfect to enjoy a relaxing vacation. It’s conveniently located to the airport, downtown SJD, and several beaches for surf and swimming which can be hard to find in Cabo. AC worked great and the property manager was always responsive. Truly made for lifetime memories with good friends that I will never forget. Airbnb’s are not usually a place I look to return visit when going somewhere I’ve been before, but this place we fully intend on coming back. Thank you Brad!

The house was a beautifully styled MX house with a fantastic pool. Spent most of my home time in the pool cooling off and relaxing from the day's activities. The landscaping is exemplary and many blooms were out. The address shows up on Google Maps and easily findable for Uber drivers. San Jose del Cabo is exploding with construction and growth so there is associated noises with that in the neighborhood. It is Mexico! The house is positioned next to a golf course which is rather active earlier in the day than I expected. Amazing Tacos at Lateral Crusado y Asado (US Prices), excellent massages at Zafari Spa (MX prices), La Comer (groceries-US prices) are all within a few minutes walk. In the other direction, towards the Ocean are higher end restaurants.

They have extras like private cook, transportation and local not tourist eats.

Excellent place to book, I would return to this place without a doubt, I loved the attention we received from the host, and the place is very nice, quiet and relaxing. I recommend it 100%.

We had a great time at Seoniad’s place. The garden was even nicer and bigger than you could see from the pictures. Everything we needed and more was available to use, very well equipped kitchen and pool. Nice living area to relax and watch a movie or play games. Location was also really good, very close to the beach, large supermarket and some restaurants. Would definitely recommend the place. We only had one downside which was the jacuzzi that didn’t warm up, however Seoniad did everything to fix it and compensated us for it, so handled it very well with good communication.

Oh my goodness, we loved our stay!! The view was completely unbeatable and the pool overlooking downtown Cabo was perfection. Highly recommend!!

PHENOMENAL PROPERTY!!! This place is everything and more. The condo is absolutely beautiful, spacious and welcoming in every way. Beds are comfortable and the house is warm and lovely. The house is absolutely beautiful and the location is amazing, it’s truly the best of Cabo. The property is peaceful and stunning with incredible amenities. The on-property pools and services are excellent , and you can enjoy the other resorts easily. Honestly this was one of the most amazing Airbnb experiences we have had. We will be back for sure. This place is a paradise!!!

Bob and his local property manager, Juan, were very helpful and easy to communicate with. Bob emailed a welcome memo with lots of recommendations from restaurants to points of interest to getting comfortable in the condo. The condo was large, open, beautifully decorated, and stocked with not only the essentials but every kitchen gadget you could think of. The views from any of the 3 balconies were just awe-inspiring. I will certainly stay here again when I next visit Cabo San Lucas. Thanks Bob and Juan. Oh yeah, thanks for advising me of tropical storm Alvin, I didn't know about it until Juan texted me. It did little damage put dropped the temperature a few degrees for which I was grateful.

10/10 experience at this rental. Extremely impressed with the communication from the host and the quality of the entire experience from start to finish. We had booked a hotel close by and had one of the worst experiences at the hotel. I reached out last minute to this Airbnb and was able to check in same day late at night. Truly saved our entire trip and could not be more thankful. Unit is exactly as advertised and located in a perfect area. Would book this over and over again on future trips to Cabo.

Our stay was amazing! Felt extremely safe and it was very peaceful. The kids enjoyed the kiddie pool that is just a few feet out of our location. The Infiniti pool and service we received there was amazing also! Sandra and Daniel were very responsive and so was Adrian which is the gentleman that reached out to us for any need & assisted us with some of our reservations. Overall great stay! Would definitely book again!

The place is clean and gorgeous! The furnitures and appliances were good quality. I love watching the sunsets every evening. Comfy beds. Beautiful kitchen. I love the open concept. The interior design was tasteful. There's beach access, took me 10 to 15 min walk to reach the beach. I love that the Ubers can actually pick you up door front. There's a convenience store and pharmacy next door too. Close to downtown Cabo San Lucas by riding Uber 5 to 15 min.

We had a great time at Karan’s place! Everything was very clean and the deck was awesome. Very close to the beach and the wagon provided was a bonus. It was sometimes loud at night being close to a main road but overall we enjoyed our stay!

The condo is beautiful! We really enjoyed the pool and the private chef recommended by Erika! Breakfast just down the beach at Zippers was also excellent!
