A mountain Villa built over 100 years ago, set on an imposing rock with a unique setting and a breathtaking view over the sea, the city, Cascais and the mountain where it is located. The house has been recently remodeled and expanded with a modern and design construction enjoying the view and the surroundings. You can see from the top of the Sintra Mountains, to Guincho to Cabo Espichel. A stone's throw from the hiking trails of the Sintra Mountains and its monuments, and next to good restaurants and cafés with a good atmosphere, the small village has a supermarket and pharmacy for your peace of mind. Guests have at their disposal a house with 2 bedrooms, living room and kitchen, fully private and access to a large garden with an infinity pool where they can enjoy the wonderful view. I live on the property and am available to share stories and information about the area. I love cycling and I know the Serra like the back of my hand. I can share the secrets of the mountains and advise on the best restaurants in the region. Malveira da Serra, a picturesque village near Cascais and Lisbon (20 min), with hiking trails in the Sintra Mountains and its monuments. Guincho Beach and its wild dunes with their unique beauty are a paradise for Surf/Kite-surf/Windsurf. I advise using your own car.

The apartment have one parking space. Short walking distance from the main historical sites of the city: Bairro Alto, Carmo, Chiado, Avenida da Liberdade, Castelo de S. Jorge, Praça do Comércio. The house has two floors. On the lower floor, there is a living room and dining area. We have a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, induction stovetop, microwave, kettle, toaster, and Nespresso coffee maker. There is also an adjoining room with an American-style refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. There is also a toilet on this floor. On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms and one full bathroom with a shower. The house has 90m2 (45m2 per floor) and a 340m2 garden.

Our top floor apartment was completely renovated to great standards, and fully equipped in April 2017. It comes with 1 double bedroom, bathroom, living room and a fully equipped kitchen. All the windows of the house with beautiful views of Sintra's nature surroundings. Access via two flights of stairs. It is located in a very beautiful and traditional area between Sao Pedro and Sintra village, 5 min walk from the historic centre and 15 min walk from the train station.

With original finishes from the 1890s and views of the Moorish castle from the bedroom’s south-facing balcony, you’ll be immersed in Sintra's idyllic village. Centrally located, we’re just around the corner from some of the best restaurants and cafes in town, and only a 3 minute walk from the train station to Lisbon. There is also free parking on the street in front of the house.

The apartment is in a residential area of Lisbon and very peaceful location but still within the centre of the city. Next to the Benfica and Sporting football stadiums. Comfortable and near all amenities and transport. Supermarket is a 3 minute walk and the underground is a 5 minute walk with a direct line to the old town. Biggest shopping centre in Europe is 5 minutes away. There are very few bookings on the calendar because it was only put on abnb on 18/6.
