It's my second time at Flávia's house and once again it was days of a lot of family rest, in a great, welcoming space and with all the amenities needed to make everything very enjoyable. Flávia as it has always been a lot requests and made us super comfortable. I hope to return more often!! =D

The house is wonderful, with a modern and cozy decor. The house is in the middle of stunning nature. The silence that calms. Great for invigorating and enjoying with family and friends. The dogs in the house are super docile and beautiful, but my favorite was the sheep Odette. How charming. Every detail of the house was thought out with great care and comfort. The owner Bernardo was super attentive, friendly and promptly answered every question or request. My family and I recommend it and we will soon return to this retreat.

My family and I spent wonderful days at Alexandre's place, excellent host, very helpful and very friendly. The house is in a very nice point of the Macacu River, near the entrance of the three peaks state park, which is worth a visit, with a quiet trail to the great Jequitibá, probably the largest tree I saw in my life. I recommend the stay for those who want tranquility, contact with nature, river baths and waterfall "in the backyard".

We had a simply spectacular experience at Beth's house. Since our arrival, we have been welcomed by an extremely clean environment, large, comfortable and very well taken care of. The house is spacious, welcoming and equipped with everything you might need for a perfect stay. The external space also deserves to be highlighted: the barbecue area is very well planned, the pool is wonderful and the presence of the waterfall makes the place even more special and unique, providing moments of leisure and contact with nature. Everything works perfectly and reflects the care and affection of the owner in every detail. Beth was a caring and concerned host for our well-being, which made our experience even more enjoyable. My family and I were delighted with the place and very pleased with all the time we spent there. Without a doubt, we recommend this stay to all who seek tranquility, comfort and a high quality environment. We intend to return soon!

We had a wonderful stay! The house is super comfortable, spacious, well equipped and exactly like in the pictures, but what really surprised us was the structure of the condominium. The site is safe, well taken care of and offers a complete infrastructure to relax and have fun: heated swimming pool, sports courts, gym, leisure area and entertainment for children. The countryside is quiet, perfect for those looking for rest, but with entertainment options for the whole family. We will definitely return and recommend to anyone who wants to combine comfort, leisure and practicality in one place!

The house is great, everything clean and organized. It is very close to the club, we were walking, which made it very easy. Super friendly Gabriela and responds quickly with a lot of useful information from the site. The garden/barbecue area is great!

Adilson's space is a haven of peace...the house is very comfortable, well equipped and clean. The outdoor area is a separate spectacle, where we were able to gather by the natural pool and enjoy the day a lot. I would like to thank you for the kindness of letting us do the late check-out, which made it possible to enjoy a lot of Sunday. Highlight for Elias( homemade) that received us and provided all the necessary support. I've referred it to friends and family and we'll certainly be back.

An amazing place, the house is beautiful and super cosy. The home towns Edir and Nice are unparalleled people, extremely friendly and outside the flawless house. My children loved so much! I hope we get a chance to take advantage of this space again!

we love staying at D°rosa and Gustavo's properties, second time with them. > pool with barbecue, Rio da cachoeira, huge yard for the children, there is a snack bar with drinks, charcoal etc.... All perfect I always recommend it, see you next time.

Access to the house can be a bit complicated due to the road, which features many holes and quite worn asphalt — so I ended up taking a little longer to get there. It is important to load the route in advance on the GPS, because after the road Isaías Tinoco the cell signal disappears. The house matches exactly the photos from Airbnb. It has a rustic yet cozy style, surrounded by a paradisiacal vegetation. The outside area is the highlight: there are several toys for children, a dining area with a very large barbecue, game room and a whole structure ideal for family travel. Mr. Décio and Mrs. Rosângela were extremely attentive and provided all the necessary support during my stay. I strongly recommend the breakfast service offered by them. The only setback was some power outages during the night, but I understand that this is due to problems with the local utility.

One of the best condominiums in the region, with many leisure options and nature at will! Otima Casa, all rooms with suite and very well equipped. I recommend it to everyone and we will rent again in the future!

Comfortable home with 5 en-suites. Quiet place. Everything clean and fragrant. Well-kept yard. There's a market nearby, you can walk there. There is a church on the street, very close, with masses on Sundays at 11 a.m.

The house is amazing, with huge land, much bigger than we expected! The kitchen is perfect, has all the utensils, as well as in the barbecue area! And most importantly, despite being a favorable environment, there are no ghosts!!

My stay met my expectations. We had trouble finding the house using the app but the housekeeper guided us and we soon got to get there. The place is beautiful and the climate is too pleasant. In spite of the rain, which surprised us a few times, we had no problems with electricity. The hygiene of the house was excellent and the bedding was very new and clean. All utensils in the kitchen were new and met our needs. We cooked a lot and even barbecue. As announced, the house does not have a sofa, they are very large pufs and many cushions. For those who have difficulty squatting, it was not very easy. I traveled with a 96-year-old woman who settled very well in the rocking chair We had a few little bug problems, as it is a preserved forest region, we had to be aware of the windows, doors and dumpers at sunset and at night, since the house has no screens on the windows. In addition, it was just enjoying the peace and the energy of the place!

The leisure area is excellent, perfect with the ping pong, totem, pool tables that made us have good times! It was all very cozy and we felt super comfortable. Also, the treatment we received was exceptional – considerate, kind. Seu Zé was super helpful and himself noticed that the heater was not heating up as it should, and he called for a repair, guaranteeing us warm baths. We love every detail and absolutely recommend it.
