Our house stands at the top of the sunny village of Pozzale di Cadore, offering a breathtaking view of the Cadore Dolomites. Far from the noise and the crowd, with the woods just a few meters away and the large garden that surrounds it, it is the ideal place to regenerate. The right place for families and mountain enthusiasts who want to discover the Dolomites. My husband Diego, mountain guide and ski instructor will be happy to provide advice and itineraries to make the most of your holiday.

Our loft-style "tree house" offers a very special atmosphere and security on 40 m² and makes your vacation an experience. Lots of wood, natural colors, and furniture handmade in South Tyrol characterize the simple and noble (modern/elegant) natural style in our "tree house."

Villa Sunshine

The house is in a very quiet dream location in the orchards of the Adige Valley. The apartment is on the 1st floor, is 120 square meters and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Bolzano is 10 minutes away, Merano 20 minutes and the ski or hiking areas of the Dolomites 40 minutes away. There are bike paths around the corner and hiking in front of the house. Guests have 2 parking spaces available in the closed courtyard. Each additional one will be charged €10/day

Possibility to use the bicycles, one pedal-assisted, for visits to the lake and surroundings, including the famous Certosa di Vedana.

Beautiful apartment furnished in a traditional way to guarantee the true atmosphere of the farm of yesteryear, but with all modern comforts. Highly functional kitchen, dishwasher, living area with sofa bed, two double bedrooms, bathroom and half bathroom. Magnificent private terrace facing southwest, overlooking the Bolzano valley and offering a priceless view! Dogs are welcome, we ask for a supplement of €15.00 per night to be paid upon departure.

The apartment is 70 km from Lignano Sabbiadoro - Grado -Bibione for the summer .. 40 km from the starred city of Palmanova and towards the border of Slovenia is Cividale del Friuli known for the Longobardi. Closer to 9 km are Gemona del Friuli and Venzone. For winter the ski areas are the Zoncolan 35km , Tarvisio 45km and Nassfeld

Panoramic apartment in the Dolomites

Typical mountain house, centrally located a few hundred meters from the main square of Auronzo di Cadore and next to all services (shops, church, museum, public transport) but, at the same time, in an isolated position at the edge of a forest of centuries-old fir trees. Set on a raised hill, it dominates the whole town and enjoys an excellent view of Tre Cime di Lavaredo and the most famous peaks of Sesto Dolomites that surround the town.
