This cozy wood and stone cabin is located at the top of a mountain in a small Mayan village. The cabin overlooks the mountains and is surrounded by nature and tranquility. We are a 30-minute drive from the village of Lanquin (partially on a bumpy dirt road in very poor condition) and then a 200-meter walk on a rocky and sometimes muddy and slippery mountain path! If you are an adventurous nature lover and want to wake up in the clouds to an epic view, then this place is for you!!

I found what I was looking for, a quaint, clean, comfortable place in contact with nature. The host and her cute dog welcomed me upon arrival, she was very helpful, she helped me to light the campfire and the grill. The super polite and caring dog. The sound of running water gives a magical touch to the place. I really charm myself and would return enchanted.

Cynthia was very kind and accommodating. When we arrived our hot shower didn't work so her and her husband immediately fixed it for us and they were helpful for providing information. Very nice people!
