This is a modern, spacious, self contained and comfortable ground floor apartment. It is 5 min drive from the Airport and City centre, bus stop is a 4 min walk. Easy walk to the Botanic Gardens, Centenary Lakes, rainforest boardwalks,"Tanks" art centre, restaurants, cafes and to the trendy Edge Hill Village and local IGA Supermarket. Perfect for a couple, sleeps up to 4. One room has a luxury Queen bed, the other has 2 King single beds. We live on 1st floor but it is very private for guests.

My 3 bed room home is in a safe , quiet cul-de-sac in the leafy green suburb of Freshwater. My home provides for three double beds in seperate bedrooms and a rollaway single trundle bed for a 7th guest., The allotment is large and private, and tropically landscaped. There are caretakers living on site in a completely separate apartment, accessed from the lower yard. They are very discrete but can be called upon in an emergency if the need arrises.
