The apartment has a living room, a bedroom, private bathroom and balcony, air conditioning, a well-equipped kitchen area, and TV. Inside the room the guests can choose between a king-sized bed or two separate beds. In the living room, the sofa can be converted into a bed, capable of accommodating a young person (or even 2 small children).
