This is one of the few privileged villas in Cala Deia, located by the sea and with truly wonderful sea and mountain views. The rocky and pebble beach is only 50 meters away via a private path. Do not forget the jacuzzi with best views ever !! The place is astonishing all year round. Every single room has AC/heater. You will not find better views anywhere. Paradise exists and can be yours. It is also a trully amazing place for our very few neighbours so I am afraid no party people accepted. My family built the house when there were not even roads and they had to use boats and donkeys to carry everything over. Its is a magic place !!!!!! You will not find better views anywhere. Paradise exists and can be yours !!!!! There are two totally separated areas. Upstairs there are two rooms, shower and bathroom, living area and open kitchen and downstairs two rooms, shower and bathroom. I will provide the "must see" list of places of the area. We can organize VIP services for you such as Yachts, Vehicles, Chauffeur, Deep sea fishing, Guided cycle tours, Catering, Private Chef, Spa treatments, Entertainment bookings, Yoga and Pilates, Guided Hiking, scuba diving, helicopter flights.

We stayed 5 nights in the house on the hill. We loved the house and the spectacular view. Fantastic energy, tranquility, electricity from solar cells and drinking water from natural sources. Pep was a perfect host who helped us before the stay with bookings of padel and spa, he guided us during the stay and even came with a bag of freshly picked oranges. Even after the stay, he has been available to us and we are very grateful and can only give the place our best recommendations. The house was fully equipped with kitchen utensils, spices, toilet paper, trash bags, delicious towels, bed linen, etc. Pep had recommended us to rent a small car, but we had already booked a medium-sized car and it required a little skill to drive up the hill, but it went without problems.

Heather's place was absolute perfection. We had a magical week at Son Jazmin. The house is pristine, clean, well-maintained and beautifully furnished. I never wanted to leave! Check-in was seamless, with someone waiting at the house for us. The house is an easy walk to the town, restaurants and markets. It was peaceful and quiet at Son Jazmin even when the town got busy midday. We walked over to Soller one day directly from the house and felt like we were in the best location to explore Mallorca, always happy to return in the evening to paradise. Would love to come back!
