Lovely and cosy apartment near the sea in Santa Eulalia del Rio, on the beautiful island of Ibiza. It is located in a Ibiza style building with a garden of pine trees. In a quiet area to spend a dream vacation. The apartment has been recently renovated. It is very bright and well decorated. It has all the amenities to make your stay as pleasant as possible: fully equipped kitchen with everything you need (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, toaster, ceramic hob, etc..), TV and air conditioning. It has a double bedroom and 2 confortable coaches in the living room for two others. The nearest beach is Cala Martina, where there is a kitesurfing school and good restaurants, Playa Niu Blau and Cala Pada ... are wonderful beaches. Nearby is the town of San Carlos, with its famous hippy-market of Las Dalias. Definitely a place to come and discover the incredible and fascinating island of Ibiza.

Rustic house that is located very close to the Cala Pada beach. With a swimming pool, large garden and an almost private path that leads to the beach. The house is perfect for 6 persons. The environment is quiet, surrounded by nature. The house is prepared for winter and summer, it has heating, fireplace, air conditioning. There is WIFI network, TV with international channels, puzzles and library. The garden is equipped with furniture to enjoy lunches and rest.

The apartment was clean and exactly as described and pictured. The pool was quiet and a great amenity. Very quiet and accessible location within walking distance of the beach and Es Canar with great restaurants and bars. Communication with Maria and Lorena (for check- in/ out) was prompt and friendly. Would definitely recommend this place. Thanks again for everything!

The House is incredible and looks even better in real life than on the pictures! Everything is super clean and the location of the house is perfectly located near the beach.
