Villa divided into 2 newly decorated floors, in the first we find a spacious living room, a spacious dining room, the fully equipped kitchen and a double room with its en-suite bathroom, all exterior and with exit to the pool and garden. Upstairs, we have 3 oversized bedrooms with their ensuite dressing rooms and bathrooms. On the outside of the house, it does not go unnoticed its 15-meter pool as well as its jacuzzi and barbecue with outdoor dining area.

In San José area, 10 minute walk to the beach, this traditional Villa has been very carefully decorated, and has beautiful views to the ocean and the mountain. 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, direct access to the gardened patio, 600 m2. Main area with living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, porch, summer dining room and restroom. Three independent bedrooms, each with bathroom, refrigerator and microwave. (One has also independent living room).
