New 2-room luxury apartment, bright, quiet, 50 m2 large south-facing balcony, 1st floor villa occupied on the ground floor by owner. 2 steps from the cove of Port-Miou and Bestouan beach, about 10 minutes' walk to the port. Free parking is available in the gated property. Please note that our rates include free parking, supply of sheets/house linen/toiletries as well as cleaning if the apartment is left in a clean condition (possibility of cleaning fee €50).
