Stay in the heart of Marseille, a 10-minute walk from Saint Charles train station and 15 minutes from the Old Port. The apartment is a duplex located on the ground floor of a 5-story building. It benefits from a private courtyard of 30 m2 and a northeast exposure, which gives it good light in the afternoon but remains cool in the morning and evening. You will be in a quiet place since all the rooms face the courtyard. Bus 81 located 50 m away will drop you off directly at Catalans Beach.

Fully equipped, new cabin. 1 indoor bathroom + toilet and 1 outdoor bathroom + toilet. Indoor and outdoor kitchen (with plancha), to live outside as much as possible. Very comfortable, bright.
