The room is very comfortable and feels like home, and there is no noisy environment around the hotel, so don't worry about being disturbed!The hotel is surrounded by mountain and sea views, giving people a sense of tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of the city!Attentive service will provide a butler group to assist with everything that needs to be arranged during the stay, and will also patiently introduce the attractions and activities on the island!The hotel also has a cozy pick-up and drop-off service that can be arranged free of charge until 10pm every night!

We loved our visit so much we decided to stay a few more months. The apartments are spacious and clean with everything you need. The view is amazing, there's lots of privacy, and it feels safe and comfortable. The hosts are extremely helpful and accommodating. Definitely recommend having your own scooter to get around with, though, because theres lots to see and do while you're there!

This was my second time staying here. I could live there forever. I stayed 2 weeks the first time and I came right back for a month this time. If I am not busy this winter I will definitely be coming back for 6 months in November. Truly a hidden Gem on the island.

Had a great weekend and vacation! The view was perfect and peaceful. The place was maaliwalas and spacious, with all amenities working perfectly. Never had any issues with the room. Kuya Jessie, the caretaker, was always available to answer our questions and even offered to help with transportation to and from the lodge. Thank you, Ms. Jewani!

This place is a hidden gem in Puerto Galera. My entire family had a great time! House is perfect, staff members are great, location is awesome. I wish we booked and stayed longer! We will definitely come back. 10/5 stars! Highly highly recommend if visiting Puerto Galera.

We had an amazing time. It’s perfect for our family of 9. The beach area was so peaceful and the pool was huge. Angie, the host was very responsive, and Julie too! I would surely be back with my friends. Thanks for accommodating us!

We had a great time during our stay. It’s a family friendly place especially the pool with projector where the kids were able to watch while swimming while the adults were grilling and chilling out at the garden. Interiors are very modern and aesthetic. Rooms were clean and spacious, including the toilets. They provided basic toiletries and was surprised they even have clothes steamer which is a necessity for me, and they also had soft towels. I only wish there were bidets in the toilet and the kitchen had more kitchenware like serving bowls, plates and pans. The caretakers were not as responsive so better contact the host when you’re there. The clubhouse has a huge pool, jacuzzi, separate kiddy pool and a playground plus a wide beach. You can also order food at their resto. Overall, I will highly recommend the place to family and friends. We should have stayed at least two nights to fully enjoy it, though :)

The property accurately matches the description provided on the app. The interior and exterior are both conducive to relaxation. It is conveniently located a 10-15 minute drive away from White Beach. While there is a beach below the property, for pristine white sand, it is recommended to visit White Beach. The caretaker provides excellent service. Although there is no air conditioning, the property is well-ventilated.

I had a wonderful stay! The accommodation was comfortable and clean, but what really stood out was the staff. They were incredibly helpful and always pleasant to interact with. From the moment I arrived, they went out of their way to make sure everything was just right. Whether it was offering local recommendations, answering questions promptly, or assisting with any small requests, their support made the experience even better. Idda's place is wonderful—spotlessly clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. When we arrived, the house was already cool with the air conditioning turned on. The home is well-equipped with everything you might need. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, cookware, and even a variety of spices—perfect for us as we needed to prepare our own halal meals. As a host, Idda was very communicative and provided clear guidance and detailed information throughout our stay. We also tried the massage service, and the therapists was both friendly and skilled. It really helped us recover from the fatigue of our long journey from our home country to Batangas. Idda managed everything so well, making our stay a truly enjoyable and memorable experience.

Beautiful place to stay

The house was so quaint and beautifully designed 🫶🏼🫶🏼. The space and details are aesthetically pleasing and so is the view from the dining area. Tatay Arturo was super nice and accommodating of all our requests. We definitely enjoyed our stay here. ✨✨

We enjoyed our stay. Ate Cora is the best. She is responsive and accommodating. She even help us find the tours for us and the rates are just right and way cheaper than the offering on the beach. We are even allowed to check in early. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much.

Hans was very communicative and although we did not meet him, he introduced us to his care taker via phone. Mrs. Lorna made sure that we were received at the ferry terminal at Puerto Galera by her husband who was holding a sign with my name. Once we got to the apartment, Mrs. Lorna made sure we had everything we needed, explaining all of the amenities and offering to introduce us to the tour guide (who is fantastic!) and to a housekeeper. We had a wonderful experience at this apartment. The AC worked, we had drinking water provided us to by Mrs. Lorna, and the apartment is about a 20 minute Trike ride from White Beach. The tours provided by the tour guide were fantastic. All of the kitchen amenities worked. Things to keep in mind - the apartment upstairs may be used by other people and there is a 5 - 7 minute hill to walk up to the house if not using a trike.

We had an amazing time during our stay, we arrived early in the island and Ate Cora was kind enough to let ys check in early which made our first day at Puerto Galera worth it. The place was exactly what was described, clean, spacious and perfect for 4 of us. We were able to use the kitchen which was great since we like to make our own food from time to time. Though we had a slight issue with the TV and its internet connection so we weren’t able to use it at all but we were out most of the days so it wasnt really big of an issue. Our stay was totally worth it!

Great place to stay, near the port. The place is spaceous with its own kitchen and refrigerator that works well. The airconditioning is really cold and has its shared veranda. Staff are polite and helpful and walking distance to the beach. Will definitely come again

This is our second time booking Miss Ice’s unit. Highly recommended! Our family had a wonderful stay. Miss Ice and Sir Al were both very responsive and accommodating to all our inquiries, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable.
