Holiday rentals with a patio in Calapan City

I had a great stay at Christian's place. I booked it very last minute and was impressed by how quickly and thoroughly Christian responded with helpful information. Check-in was super easy. The apartment itself was clean, tidy, and had a really welcoming, homey feel. Just a heads-up: the road leading to the apartment is a single-car width, which can be a little tricky, but having a dedicated parking space was a definite benefit. Also, be prepared for a bit of a climb with your luggage, as there are stairs. However, these minor inconveniences were well worth it for the overall quality of the apartment and Christian's excellent hospitality. I'd definitely recommend it!

The place was located far from the subd's entrance, away from the bustling highway. Apparently there's also a curfew imposed at night for deliveries, etc. Place was a whole house, and it was spacious and clean. Their Honesty Store located at the kitchen really stood out for me and my partner! Not having to think of where to buy some stuff for cooking was really great. Everything was labeled and guidelines for transportation can be found on the fridge door-- we appreciate that! It was an overall good stay. Would definitely book this place again. ☺️

if there will be a contest for THE BEST AIRBNB HOST EVER, Marky will surely win!!! Quick story time: We accidentally book a room in sabang which we didn’t know is mainly for diving (🤓). We loved the room , its clean and aesthetically pleasing but we’re not really into diving and such. So I messaged Marky if we can have a refund because we want to tranfer to the main beach. BUT INSTEAD, SHE GAVE US A BETTER ROOM ON THE MAIN BEACH 🩵 ++ she was very responsive, very good aura and just overall pure and genuine soul. She’s everything you could ever think of the BEST AIRBNB HOST! 🩵

The place is as described. The house is pretty new and well maintained so I think we had the privilege to enjoy its beauty. The view is magnificent. The water is pristine and crystal clear. The pool is great but too deep however it is as expected as it was described as deep. I’d only recommend to have someone manage the listing and communication. Had to wait for more than 15 minutes outside and there were no response on both the contact number and as well in the app. We had to find the house ourselves before we could check. If I hadn’t get out of the car and find it myself we would have waited long. Overall the place is perfect. You just had to take a plight of stairs to get there but as expected it was communicated before booking.

I loved everything—the location, interior, neighborhood—⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Catherine was very responsive, and Ate Mae, who welcomed us to the unit, was kind and helpful. The place is also pet-friendly! I traveled with my baby, and he definitely enjoyed the clubhouse. Definitely worth it! We'll be back soon.❤️

Super remote and relaxing. Signal is weak and wifi is a bit slow. if you really want to unwind. It’s the perfect place. Too bad hours of stay was 20hrs only and we had to check-in super late at night. The beach is not your usual sand beach. It’s a rocky beach so dont expect any sand but water is super cold and nice. Overall i would go back to the place just to unwind. The owners are super kind and super accommodating too.

This is a great house for a long term staycation, 15 minutes from downtown, in a gated and private subdivision. The area is safe and secluded, with guards at both entrances. All amenities for short or long term accomodations are included; we stayed 3 weeks. Your own private transportation is *highly recommended*, as local rideshare is not available in the immediate area and/or hard to book. Foodpanda is available. However, there are usually tricycles hanging around in the main front gate. Host is responsive and we enjoyed our 3 weeks here. I would stay here again, 10/10.

We had an 18-day stay at the house, and it was exceptionally comfortable and relaxing. The location is very accessible, with dining options nearby. The owner was courteous and easy to communicate with. Overall, the place deserves a 5-star rating.

The property accurately matches the description provided on the app. The interior and exterior are both conducive to relaxation. It is conveniently located a 10-15 minute drive away from White Beach. While there is a beach below the property, for pristine white sand, it is recommended to visit White Beach. The caretaker provides excellent service. Although there is no air conditioning, the property is well-ventilated.

We enjoyed our stay and regret that we only booked it for overnight. We should’ve made it at least 3 days 2 nights. The photos are different in person because it is more beautiful seeing the actual place, which exceeded our expectations. Truly a nice and peaceful place to stay in Mabini. The pool was great, water is a bit warm, which we liked. We already knew about the beach since it is common in Mabini so the best way to enjoy it is to do snorkeling in the morning when its high tide. I brought my diving fins but wasn’t able to use it ‘coz you have to swim far from the shore, which scares the people I’m with. But my kids enjoyed getting seashells and small crabs. The road before the resort entrance is steep but we were advised in advance (about 150 m, angle 25) so it’s fine, not so hard. There were other small cars going in/out. Since the place was complete, we didn’t need to contact the caretakers. Something to improve, living room - better if air conditioned. Bedroom doors are noisy

Idda's place is wonderful—spotlessly clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. When we arrived, the house was already cool with the air conditioning turned on. The home is well-equipped with everything you might need. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, cookware, and even a variety of spices—perfect for us as we needed to prepare our own halal meals. As a host, Idda was very communicative and provided clear guidance and detailed information throughout our stay. We also tried the massage service, and the therapists was both friendly and skilled. It really helped us recover from the fatigue of our long journey from our home country to Batangas. Idda managed everything so well, making our stay a truly enjoyable and memorable experience.

The short stay was great. We were able to relax in Ellen’s place after a hectic get together with family in the area. Clean. Airconditioning was on point especially in Batangas😊

A few php more than others in Botangas City but the location and neighborhood are worth it, combined with the amenities and convenience of the hotel right next door.
