Perfectly located in a quiet and central street in downtown Miraflores, a few blocks from Kennedy Park and top Peruvian restaurants (Maido, Rafael, etc).. Our cozy studio has a private entrance and ensuite bathroom with a nicely appointed terrace (Patio) to mingle. Very luminous with modern vibe and equipped with desk,TV, cable, free high speed Wi-Fi, kettle, cups & microawave. Impact windows and comfy mattress help you enjoy excellent quiet sleep. There is no kitchen, stove or washing sink.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located home. It has an elevator and 24-hour surveillance. It is 2 blocks from Kennedy Park, 15 minutes walk to Larcomar, with excellent access to public and private transport, with a view to all miraflores and insulating windows if you prefer silence. It has a full menu and all the accessories to make me have a 100% comfortable stay.
