There is an opportunity to rent apartments in the southern Tenerife, which is on the sea side. The apartments have all the necessary household appliances, washing and ironing facilities, bedding, bath and beach towels, hairdryers, TVs, Wi Fi. El Beril has a pool with lounge and table tennis. A villa with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living room-kitchen, and a beautiful garden with an unheated pool. In the south of Tenerife it is warm all year round so the pool can always be used, without the need for it to be heated. The villa has wifi and all the necessary amenities for a great stay. There is air conditioning in the living room and in all the bedrooms except one, the one that does not have air conditioning has a manual fan.

It consists of a sleeping room, a kitchen and living, bathroom and a large private terrace above the building shared with the other two apartments in the building. The apartment is located in La Caleta, few minutes away from the Parque Protegido and five minutes walking from the beach. Parking space is available and bus stop is five minutes walking distance
