Where do I even start with this place? The house was as clean as a house could be, and the price was absolutely astonishing I paid $800 for 9 guests (2 nights) and the fact that the house came with a pool & big backyard for that much is probably the best deal you could find in the area, there isn’t too much to do around but when you have a pool, 3 Tvs and a fun backyard who needs to leave the house? I still haven’t mentioned how attentive Heidi was she always and I mean always responded within a few hours or even minutes of my message. In short this house amazing value for your money and definitely book it.

We had a lovely stay at Kinstead Mansion - a perfect getaway for families, with or without children. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a relaxing break. It was especially great for our young kids, with play areas, toys, books, and games to keep them entertained. High chairs were also provided, which was really helpful. The home felt warm and welcoming, with a well-stocked kitchen and spacious yet cozy living areas. Everything was spotless, and the thoughtful touches made it easy to settle in. The beds were very comfortable, with quality mattresses and soft, fresh linens. We’d definitely recommend Kinstead Mansion to families. It’s rare to find a place that suits both adults and children so well.

Langbrook cottage is one of the best AirBnB we have stayed in. It is located in a working farm with cows right in the middle of Yarra Valley. It is in a perfect location to explore the wineries around. The surrounding is very peaceful and relaxing. We had a private swimming pool and pool table. There is a tennis court right outside of the cottage with tennis rackets provided. Breakfast with home grown tomatoes were provided too. We really appreciate how friendly and helpful Cathy and her family are. We had a tour around the farm and had the chance to get close to the newborn calves. There was also a very cute cat roaming around! The interior of the cottage was very clean and you can tell the furnitures used are top notch. We would love to come back again any time soon!!

Jennifer's home was a dream for our group with the kids and adults loving the heated pool and sitting around chatting in the living areas. We loved every moment of our long weekend away. The kitchen was well equipped and the supply of clean linen, towels and pool towels was immaculate.

Fantastic house! We will definitely be back to stay again. So much to do provided by the host. The kids loved all the games and activities provided 😀 such a warm property we all felt very at home. Would 100% recommend this house. Resort facilities were a bonus indoor heated pool, gym & tennis courts all an easy walk from the house. Host was amazing to deal with and very friendly! Can’t wait to return 😀

We enjoyed a beautiful extended-family filled weekend at Woodland Mirth on a wintery wet weekend. ( 7 adults & a 1 yr old) . Within half an hour of getting the fire going and heaters on , the warmth was starting to spread from the large living area and into the bedrooms & bathrooms. The garden amongst the gum trees rambled beautifully and would be a colourful & stunning delight in spring &summer. Everything we needed was available. Bedrooms were comfy & spacious and separated enough so that early risers didn’t disturb late sleepers (& vice versa at night) . undercover parking and lots of perfect spaces outside to enjoy coffees, wines or walking.

Great stay in a large house perfect for 2 families and grandparents! Good location for relaxing and exploring the local area.

We had such a wonderful stay at the surf side serenity house! The house was just stunning inside and even more spacious than it looked in the pictures. The fact that there were three living spaces was great considering we were staying with family, as well as the two bathrooms and separate toilet for the second bathroom was helpful. We had a little trouble opening the key safe when we first arrived but the host was there within 5 minutes to help us out and we could not fault anything with the house or the process.

We had a wonderful 3 nights stay. The location was perfect, just moments out of the town and so peaceful. The property was well kept with great amenities. Thank you!

Tennille’s place was exactly what we wanted/needed for a long weekend tournament. It was filled with everything you could need.

We had the most wonderful and relaxing stay at Jeannie’s. Beautiful surrounds and the fireplace was a highlight on the cold winters weekend! Jeannie was so thoughtful in leaving a range of snacks and food, and heating up the space for us before we arrived. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Alice was a wonderful host—friendly, responsive, and welcoming. The place was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The views were absolutely heavenly, just like in the listing, and made the whole experience even more special. It was a peaceful, memorable stay and well worth the visit. Highly recommend!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Berry St. Traralgon. The cottage was immaculate and had numerous thoughtful touches, not to mention the vintage decor and fabulous linen.

Josh communications and hostings are great. The house is beautifully presented with all great amenities. It is also spacious and kid friendly, suit for our large group with children. Definetely will stay at Josh’s place next time when we visit Mt Baw Baw.

Perfect place to stay quiet street close to all shops! Every thing needed for comfortable stay full kitchen with stove ect plenty of room! Beds were very very comfortable also the host has no expense spared to ensure a cosy stay! Highly recommended

We are AirBnB veterans having stayed in many in NA, UK, Canada and Aus. We always say that anyone who runs a BnB should live in it for a week to understand what you really need. It’s obvious our hosts have also stayed in many BnBs as they have provisioned the place well, the way you would like it if they were the guest. We Enjoyed; The art work The large bed (which was our initial attraction) Large functional kitchen. The lemon tree in the yard. Yummy fresh lemons for our drinks and zest etc. Highly recommended.

My colleagues and I had a lovely stay here. Everything was clean and comfortable and the scenery is gorgeous. We were even given a basket of treats. Definitely recommend visiting.

This place is worth every penny! Major about out to Meaghan for being so helpful before, during, and at the end of our trip. She provided clear instructions on how to find the property, had a handy guide on local things to see and do, and even let me know the amazing scents she had in the house. This also has to be the cleanest Airbnb I've stayed at. Everything was spotless, well maintained, and with so many items to really make it a comfortable stay. There was plenty of wood for the fireplace (and it was stoked even before we arrived), the kitchen had plenty of utensils to allow for home cooking, as well as all your cooking basics and some sneaky chocolate treats. The cows are a friendly wake up call each morning and the house is so peaceful with beautiful views as far as the eye can see. It's also well located to a lot of tiny towns and a short drive to Wilson's Prom making it a great base for prom hikes. Finally, the king bed is stupidly comfortable and fluffy doona to match.

Loved our little winter getaway at Cass’s place. Homely and warm, with beautiful views over the inlet. The house has everything you need, comfortable beds & linen and beautiful extras in the kitchen and bathroom. Cass was extremely responsive and accomodating in her communication. The house was perfectly based for a few days exploring Wilson Prom and surrounds. Would love to visit again.

Beachcomber Escape is the perfect location for getting away from the crazy day-in, day-out activities of Melbourne. It’s quiet, private, and hidden from the rest of the world. I felt right at home. There were games which we made use of, a beautiful selection of cereals and snacks in the pantry, drinks in the refrigerator, and clean, bright linens to cozy up in at the end of the night. My partner and I stayed in Beachcomber Escape for a weekend, and we loved it immediately once we pulled into the driveway. Dominique was always responsive and so helpful whenever I needed her assistance, and if I asked her a bunch of random, unrelated questions, she probably would have answered those, too. I hope she will have us again in the future! I might bring my family here next time to cook for them. My boyfriend was lucky this time around, haha. Thank you again Dominique for opening up your home to us.

Kate is amazing and the place is incredible! Wish I could stay longer 🥹. Location is perfect, walkable distance everywhere including supermarkets, restaurants, town centre, everything is within walking distance. House fully equipped with everything you need! Kate is very responsive and friendly. Loved my stay ☺️
