We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was well-maintained, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to SM North Edsa. I rented this place because I had an event to attend to at the Skydome. The best part was the host—Sir Percie was incredibly responsive, always available to answer questions or provide assistance, which made the entire experience stress-free. On top of that, the price was incredibly affordable for the quality of the apartment. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, budget-friendly stay with excellent customer service!👍👍

Space is clean. The pool was nice and there’s not lot of people so you really can enjoy.

We enjoyed our stay in Richard's place, it was very clean and tidy. Wifi speed and Netflix was great! the room itself boasts aesthetic hotel vibes. Only one of the shower heads have connection to the heater, though. I appreciate how fast and responsive they were in all of our concerns, and they were so kind to us even if we asked a lot of questions. Thank you for accommodating us and for lending us your dust mite vacuum cleaner! Will surely recommend your unit to other friends who might need it in the future.

I was initially skeptical about booking due to a recent review mentioning issues with the AC and lack of drinking water, but I’m glad I gave it a chance. Those concerns have clearly been addressed — the AC worked perfectly during my stay, and there was drinking water provided in the unit. Overall, it was a great experience. The unit is aesthetically pleasing, clean, and comfortable. Definitely a 5-star stay!

My 4-night stay at this unit, nestled at the end of Magnolia Place, was truly excellent. Jesse proved to be a wonderful host, consistently responsive through chat whenever I had questions or concerns.

Enjoyed my stay at Libby’s place! Bed is comfortable and the linens are clean and fresh! The place feels homey and at the same time, conjucive for work from home set up. On top of that, Rhea is very polite and responsive.

As a frequent traveler, the service we received were exceptional. From the time we checked-in until we checked out, Ate Judy was so sweet and accomodating. There are lots to do around the place since the mall is just a walking distance from us. Place is clean and nice, it was really put together to give you such comfortable stay. My girlfriend and I have tried multiple bnbs and this one really stood out in terms of price and space. Kitchen are complete for cooking, albeit small, it served its function well. Beddings are fresh and we were provided with multiple pillows, clean sheets and linens. Gin also allowed our request for early check-in without any additional charges. second stay - a year difference ✨️ i still liked it here and the place is really cozy. chery was also really nice and responsive. i highly recommend this place if you want a quiet and safe location for a getaway.

I have a great time staying here, everything is accessible church, public market, 7/11, public transport is right outside the place, sm north Edsa is 18 mins walking distance. The place itself is clean, everything is in place, kitchen is well equipped, drinking water is provided, anything you need for your convenient stay Is provided. And most of all the one I had been so thankful for they allow me to do early checkin at no extra cost. The host are so responsive and accommodating. Surely if the need arises I would like to book and stay again @ their place.

The place was great and accessible. Unfortunately, we found too many tiny cockroaches, which, while sometimes common in condominiums, was still quite disturbing. We also didn't receive the extra towels we asked for, but we made do. Overall, if you're looking for a good place to stay that's super accessible, I recommend this place. The place was really nice and clean. We found ourselves constantly admiring the view, from the moment we walked in until the moment we left. It was peaceful, cozy, and exactly what we needed. The host was very communicative from the time of booking all the way through checkout—super helpful and accommodating, which made everything smooth and hassle-free. The only minor issue was that the Wi-Fi would get slow at times, so we had to use mobile data occasionally, but it wasn’t a big deal for us. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely love to come back again. Highly recommended!

The place is awesome! Would definitely stay here again if needed. Location is on point. Restaurants and shops are walking distance. However, the steam from the shower in the master’s bedroom always triggered the smoke alarm. There has been frequent visit from the admin thinking we’ve cooked something.

Good condo, good communication, everything worked, properly described, everything needed for stay was there and would use again. Thank you for being a good host.

My family stayed in the unit most of the time while I did meetings outside. Overall, there were no complaints from them and the kids loved the place especially the bathtub. We had to extend an additional night and Christia was super helpful to arrange another unit for us. If there’s anything to recommend is to upgrade cleaning tools as some are already worn out. Nonetheless, it was a place worth every penny for us or even more. We would be considering to go back to this place when we go to Manila. Kudos!

Thompson responds quickly and keeps everything clean. I especially love their chair massage - its so relaxing and definitely my favorite! I just hope they can improve the heater in the bathroom, since the water is still cold when you shower, as if there's no heater at all. But overall, everything else is great. Thank you Thompson!
