Guest house holiday rentals in Caloocan City

We book the place to celebrate my niece's birthday. The caretakers were kind and attentive to our requests. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with complete equipment, including a gas stove and barbecue grill. The children had so much fun in the pool, which was 3 to 5 feet deep. The bathroom was clean and had a hot shower, and dishwashing liquid was provided. The host was responsive and accommodating. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and an experience that we will cherish for my niece's birthday.

I would highly recommend this place especially to those who have pets as they can freely roam the yard and have fun as well. The place also has a lot of restaurants that you can order from, and is also near malls. We had fun as well, thank you.

Element Boutique Hotel is a very nice place to stay. Very cozy, the food and service is great. A great calue for money. We will surely book a room again at Element.

I must say that overall the accommodation was really good! very spacious good for family gathering and team building. Though we encountered some issue but Clarence's parent was very quick to resolve the problem. kudos for Ate Nina, Kuya Dong and their son.

Very accomodating po and responsive sila sa needs namin. Nasa paligid na rin po lahat needs namin kaya napakagaan ang feels mag-stay. Hindi kami madalas sa haus since nasa labas kami all the time pero still, napaka comfortable magpahinga sa place nila. Very worth it po ang pag stay.

The place is nice and clean but the Aircon in Room # 3 needs repair because it is jot cooling properly. It us showing an Error Code.

The place was easy to find with the provided address. Staff was nice and very helpful with luggage. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and there are a couple balconies giving you a nice view of the area. The highlight however is the ability to go all the way upstair on top of the building giving you the best view of PN that i can think of, this will give you a beautiful view, especially at night.

We had a great time with our family. The place looks so nice and inspiring for an indoor outdoor feel home. I loved the kitchen and the living room. The pool was a great size for our kiddie bday bash. We were able to grill and there is build in videoke on the Entertainment area. All the bathrooms and areas were perfectly useable for our family. Rooms were spacious, clean and very stylish.

we really enjoyed our stay here. Mam Jean is so helpful with us and very accommodating. we will surely be back here. we will also recommend this place to our relatives and friends😊❤️

best placed I've stayed in San Mateo! from the host to their resort staff, everyone is so hospitable and easy to talk with. They even considered us needing ice and potable drinking water during our stay so the staff ordered it ahead of us and just told us that we have ice and water so that we don't need to buy anymore outside the area. all in all we had a great stay and would look forward in booking them again in the hear future.

Ang ganda sobra ng lugar — as in perfect for a family outing! Classy tingnan, very relaxing, sobrang linis, at sulit na sulit ang bayad. Pang-family at private gatherings talaga. Super saya ng bonding namin ng pamilya ko dito. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely come back! My family and our dogs—especially our dogs—had an amazing time at the farm. The place is incredibly beautiful and peaceful, with plenty of animals to meet and activities to enjoy. From karaoke to exploring waterfalls, breathtaking sightseeing, and ATV rides, there’s something for everyone. Mr. Navyvan, the host, was very responsive to all my inquiries, and Ate Angie, the helper, was exceptionally kind. She even offered to pick up items from the market and accompanied us to the waterfalls. It was truly a wonderful experience for us all, and I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy nature with their family and fur babies. Thank you, Mr. Navyvan! We hope to return soon.

We had a comfortable and fun stay with my family! The place was perfect for relaxing—clean, cozy, family-friendly and dog-friendly! The pool was a great addition and a hit with the family!. The staff were warm and welcoming, and Neric was an amazing and warm host who made sure everything went smoothly and that we enjoyed our stay. The location is strategically placed, making it easy to travel to nearby major cities. Plus, the food was absolutely delicious! We’re already planning to come back with the whole family again. I personally enjoyed celebrating my birthday here. Highly recommended!

MOA와 가까운 위치라 편하게 이용했어요. 숙소는 사진에서 본 그대로였고 연식이 좀 된 건물이지만 잘 관리되어 깨끗했습니다.

The unit was clean and the bed was comfortable. The host was accommodating and very responsive to any queries/issues. The wifi was fast enough for getting work done. Overall a pleasant stay, will definitely visit again.

Just as described her place is cozy and clean. Area is safe to walk around and a convience store is nearby. Maurice is a great host, she responds on a timely manner and resolves quickly if you have any questions or concerns. I would definitely stay in her place in the future.
