We are very satisfied at Eladia’s place. It met all our needs from the bathroom portable water heater and a separate room for a washer to wash our clothes. That’s a must. It has 2 bedrooms that accommodated our family. The location is very close to a lot of good restaurants, hospital, grocery store and public transportation. It is also a safe place to walk around even at night time. Eladia is very considerate and thoughtful of our situation due to family emergency. She is also very approachable with the assistance of her caretaker of the place.

Its my second stay here, because I enjoyed my first stay so much. it has everything you need in an airbnb, restaurants across the road, grocery store behind, malls just a 10 minute drive away, as well as a balcony to sit outside and take it all in. Accommodating host and easy to communicate with. Overall a 5 star stay. thanks again 😊

Our stay at Shine’s flat was a great experience. The space was neat, compact, and well laid out, with a cozy lofted bed and all the essentials provided—including cooking basics, a rice cooker, and room-darkening curtains for a good night’s sleep. I also appreciated the clean bathroom with a bidet and the reliable AC and WiFi, which made it easy to relax or get things done. Everything was as described, and it felt like a comfortable home away from home. Best of all, the host was always quick to respond to my questions, which made the stay feel even smoother. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again!

Nestor is friendly and meticulously gave us an orientation of his place. We enjoyed the night market and food trucks in the neighbourhood. Shang and Megamall are within walking distance and big dog friendly. The condo is also big dog friendly which is kinda rare in the neighbourhood. Thank you for letting us stay! We had a good time!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place was very cozy and looked exactly like the photos. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was great—there were nearby stores, restaurants, and it was close to the market, so it was easy to get around. The host was very responsive and understanding. The only issue we had was that the internet could be intermittent at times, so if you're planning to work during your stay, it’s a good idea to have mobile data as a backup. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely recommend this place to others.

Overall, we had a wonderful staycation in this lovely abode! Staying on the 17th floor offered a cool ambiance and stunning views, making the experience even more special. The place was cozy, with a clean and simple design that made us feel right at home. We especially enjoyed the fast internet and Netflix access, and even our small dogs had a great time exploring the space. The place is clean and spacious. The host and staff are very kind and also responsive in the chat. They even accommodated my requests. I thought we wouldn't enjoy the pool because it was a bit small, but we had a great time. The rooftop is also nice at night; we hung out there to chill. I’d love to commend the following: - The whole Airbnb is Air conditioned. - They are very responsive & helpful. - Wifi is fast, TV Apps has subscriptions, and working speakers + microphone. - Squeaky Clean in first floor - Many rooms & has a balcony. - CareTaker is really helpful & knowledgeable (take note, she’s new but will do anything she can to assist) A few downsides that the owner can improve on: - Some linens have visible blood stain - Water is poor (even the pool. It has strong chlorine/zonrox? idk. It will make your hair dry) That’s it. I think if you are looking for a place to stay/chill with your small barkada, I’ll recommend the place! Since it has all that you’ll need. But if you are looking for a resort, and all of you will swim.. You might want to check another bnb. But overall, our stay is enjoyable & unforgettable. The price is actually a great deal! Especially if you are going to consider all the amenities that you’ll get :)

I work remotely and needed some quiet from the hustle & hustle of Manila (and didn't like the idea of being on the 67th floor of some building). So I rolled the dice and looked for a place outside the city and landed in Cainta. I needed a makeshift desk and Ms Honey made it happen. The apartment is nestled inside of neighborhood, but there are plenty of places to eat. The grocery isn't far and the mall is a bit of a hike, but I like walking as it gave me a chance to see things. My favorite spot ... Coffee Daniel. Best Spanish Lattes hands diwn. And my favorite part ... the people Everyone was courteous and kind. The coolest part was after playing basketball with the neighborhood kids them calling me as I passed by on my way somewhere. I've traveled all over and of all the places this felt most like I was at home. It's a bit out of the way, but if you want a relaxing, peaceful neighborhood, this is your place. If the universe says the same, I'll be back

The place is great. My cousins and I enjoyed our stay there. The place is easy to find and the community is a guarded area. Nakakatuwa pa kasi the place is complete. Kumpleto sa pang luto, mag mga plates, glasses, and utensils, knives… highly recommended.

Absolutely no issues. The place was clean and spotless. The AC was cold and the shower’s water pressure was strong. Watching TV was an awesome experience with their Govee lights and soundbar. Our pets enjoyed their stay as well. Also appreciated how proactive and responsive the hosts were. We never had to worry about anything as they made sure to give us clear instructions about everything. 10/10
