The unit also offers ducted A/C, ceiling fans, a fully equipped kitchen, luxurious king bed, Nespresso coffee machine, internal laundry, Weber BBQ, 2 Kayaks, and so much more.

Lovely quiet area. The accommodation is a guest suite beneath our home. We live above the property. We offer privacy to our guests. Bnb has its own entry/exit,Free parking, air conditioned Bedroom and private bathroom, ( not en-suite.)It is located through the kitchenette, approximately 5 metres away from the bedroom. Short walk to Kings beach, surf, and 12-15 mins walk to Shelly or Moffat, and to all of the eateries and bars. 2 mins drive. We use lovely hotel quality bed linen and towels.

Our guest house by the pool features 2 levels in a loft style. The entire house is tastefully decorated with some antique furniture, paintings and charming details. There is a kitchenette and living area with bathroom downstairs. Bedroom, TV and reading upstairs. From the upstairs room you step onto a balcony from where you have good views of the pool and the surrounding neighbourhood.
