The house was beautiful- very light and airy with lots of space. My family were sharing with my sister and her family - we all enjoyed our stay in the house - lots of room for us all to spread out. The house was extremely clean and tidy when we arrived. It was very easy to access the trams and shops from the house. The area that the house was in was beautiful and very quiet - after a busy day sightseeing it was lovely to come back and relax in. The swimming pool is solar powered but we had hot weather whilst there so were able to use it. Would absolutely recommend this house.

Saeed's property was as described. Inside the house, there was ample space to relax and unwind. The house was clean and tidy and the BBQ was prepped and ready for use. The pool area was also clean and easy to access. The internal central heating worked really quickly when the night became cold. The house was set up with a swing, hammock, fooseball table as well as a few other games. Saeed was a helpful and responsive host, willing to accommodate us. I would mention that it is one large house on the property, separating guests from Saeed's family by an internal locked door (so noise could be heard from the other side of the door). The pool can also be seen from the entire house, so if you wanted privacy, this is probably not the accommodation for you.

Had a great stay. Anna offered early check in which was really appreciated. Wonderful location, quiet street and close to public transport. Highly recommended. Thanks and hope to have the opportunity to stay again.

Beautiful house, great interior design. Very comfortable. Had everything needed. Family of 5 with young kids and house was perfect for family and good location to access the beach. Amazing we could bring our dog. We needed garage access which this property had. Couple of things to maybe be aware of - we didnt pick up in the listing (unsure if I overlooked) :Train runs 1x house away really reguarly and continued through the night -potentially disturbing. We specifically seeked a house with a pool and paid extra for this. Aim was to hang around pool for the weekend. But pool was cold and only 1/5th of us could go in and tolerate it. For us this spoilt our weekend plans and we felt we paid extra for something we couldnt use. If we had known we would have paid less for a house without a pool. This for us did spoilt our trip, kids were disappointed. But this may have been listed and overlooked, or our fault for not asking, and was specificaly a need for us- you may be different :)

The landlord renovated the house and introduced the measures. I was very satisfied with the house. It was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend it.

Comfortable, good value and great location.. Hannah was very responsive. Configuration is a little strange but it's spacious and comfortable with good facilities. Kitchen not super well supplied if you are looking to eat in but fine for the basics.

Beautiful home to stay in. Plenty of shops & restaurants within easy walking distance. Same with both tram and train. The house itself was a pleasure to stay in. Off street parking was very handy for us. As was the heating. An all round high class home in a great location.

We absolutely adored our stay at Yerindah! Not a thing to change, and we had everything we needed and more (thanks for the little treats!) Beautifully set up and decorated, and so cosy warm for our winter stay. We loved feeding the alpacas too! Close to wineries and yet felt like we were in our only little space far from anyone. Anthony put a lot of time and care into this listing. Everything was well stocked and the place was very welcoming with gifts of Prosecco and lollies. He was extremely responsive and made sure that we were well taken care of

I stayed for a few nights while I was visiting my family. Great location and easy to get around the area. Apartment had plenty of room to move and kitchen facilities had everything I needed. Bathroom was modern and spacious

Gemimas place is amazing The apartment is beautiful, spacious and a little oasis amidst the business of Gertrude street The outdoor bath/garden is so beautiful and serene - we got some sunshine out there and it was just gorgeous One of the best airbnbs we’ve stayed in Will definitely be looking to stay again

So spacious, immaculate and clean. Very well stocked with everything we could have possibly needed. It is clear that a great deal of thought, time and effort has gone into making this home functional, comfortable and just a great home away from home. I would absolutely recommend to anyone and we can't wait to come back and stay again next time we're in Melbourne. Thank you so much to James and Margot for being absolutely lovely hosts.

Pip's place is just lovely - beautifully renovated and hasn't lost any of its old world feel. It is an easy walk to cafes and parks with the tram to the city just up the road. Located within 10 or so minutes drive of St Kilda made it perfect for us. I'd highly recommend to anyone wanting a peaceful stay in Melbourne.

Location & Comfort! If you are looking for a cosy place to relax that is close to great eateries, shopping & public transport then Paula’s place is just perfect. We stayed here for 2 nights & wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Comfy beds & couch, well equipped kitchen & beautiful big bathroom. Found a car park quite easily near the house on arrival & didn’t use the car again until we departed as everything was in walking distance. Paula was a great host - responsive, welcoming & helpful.

We had a great stay in Ashwood! The home was clean, spacious, and very comfortable—perfect for our group. It had all the essentials and more, making it easy to settle in and feel at home. The location was convenient, with shops and cafes nearby. The neighborhood was quiet and family-friendly, which made for a very relaxing stay. The host was responsive and made the whole process smooth from check-in to check-out. Just a note for future guests: take extra caution when using the shower, as it’s set over a bathtub with a swing glass door. It can be a bit difficult to climb in and out, especially for those with limited mobility. Other than that, everything was great!

Vivian's place is absolutely impeccable! This was my second stay, and I'm still amazed by its comfort and convenience. The space is even more beautiful than the photos - tastefully decorated, minimalist yet cozy, and spotlessly clean throughout. It's fully equipped with everything you could need. nights were peacefully quiet. Combined with the super comfortable bedding, I slept wonderfully . Vivian is the most considerate host I've ever met - she responds instantly and provides detailed check-in guidance. She's warm and polite while respecting guests' privacy perfectly. I've already decided this will be my go-to accommodation whenever I'm in town.

We (family of 5) very much enjoyed our time at this property. Our stay was extremely comfortable. The property is as you see it in the photos. Modern, spacious and most importantly, very clean. The check-in process and keyless entry is extremely easy. Location suited our needs. Close to Chadstone and with easy access to main roads/freeways. Everything in the property just works, is trusted and easy - heating/cooling, wifi access, smart TV, washer, dryer etc, etc And the hosts Stuart and Emma were extremely easy to deal with and very responsive. Have no hesitation in recommending this property whatsoever.
