This stay was so lovely! Clean, bright space in a really nice building. The area was great for walking and we loved having a washing machine. There’s a rooftop gym that is small but effective and also has yoga mats to use if you wanted to workout on the roof outside of the gym room- we loved spending time on the roof and enjoying the view and the breeze! Host was very kind and great at responding and helping. Thank you!!!

My friend and I had a wonderful two weeks at Reasey's place. It is a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo. It was very clean and well-equipped and she left little extras (coffee, tea, instant noodles) for us which were appreciated on arrival. The building is fantastic as it has a rooftop garden with beautiful views of the city. There is also a cafe/bakery, mini mart, and gym/swimming pool on the 4th floor which were super convenient. The neighborhood is completely safe and there are many restaurants within walking distance. There are tuk-tuks always around too which make it convenient to get around the city if you don't feel like walking. Reasey checked in on us and was always super responsive. She is a wonderful host and I highly recommend staying at her place. If I go back to Phnom Penh, I will definitely stay at her place again. Thank you for everything Reasey!

First off, I had an enjoyable stay at the Mangrove. A couple of things: I had trouble finding the lock box and getting in. I do realize it was most likely because it was 2AM (delayed flights) and I was already frustrated and tired. But lock box is small and on the wall outside the office area and I had trouble seeing it as I thought it was ‘in’ the office and of course because of the late time, no one was there. Once inside, no issues at all, place was as described & spacious. Thick walls so I didn’t hear when others were moving about in common space. Host was responsive; came right away to give new batteries for remote control & again when 2 of our keys stopped working -luckily we had three of them. Fixed keys straight away. The cleaning crew came but didn’t give fresh towels -maybe that is usual in an Airbnb stay? I was there 11 nights so it would have been nice, but I didn’t ask for new ones so that is my fault. Would consider staying here again.

Really lovely apartment. Looks even better than in the pictures. The staff who work in the apartment building were really friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Phnom Penh. Thanks for a great stay!!!

We had a great stay here. The host was very responsive and helpful. The apartment was very comfortable. The location was nice with shopping in walking distance. And it was cheap and easy to get a tuk tuk to other areas of the city.

We stayed in Sophina’s apartment for 2 months. It was comfortable, clean and convenient. We appreciated the washing machine, rooftop pool and very comfortable bed. It’s in a quieter part of town but there are always tuk tuk right outside so transport was very easy and inexpensive. There are 2.grocery stores nearby and lots of restaurants.

It was a nice staying, they care us what we need allways. Just missunderstanding about a spor area for me, I saw the place on airbnb showing spor and yoga area I thought It’ll be open for guest but It wasn’t all the time, you need to pay daily or weekly. When we want to extent two more days he said 45dolars a night, the house isn’t 45dolars house at siem reap

My stay at Praseth Pich’s place was absolutely wonderful! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Praseth Pich was incredibly responsive, making sure I had everything I needed. The location was perfect for relaxing, and we especially loved infinity pool. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would love to stay here again in the future.

The apartment was spacious, easily accessible and very affordable. The host was exceptionally responsive and resolved any issues that occurred quickly and efficiently. When I return to Phnom Penh, I wouldn’t hesitate staying at the apartment again.

Great Airbnb in the new Urban Village building. The apartment is new and modern and everything works well. The wifi is strong and was never an issue. All amenities in the apartment are of good quality as well. The condo building is next to The Factory which has coworking space and lots of events going on. The condo is in the South of Phnom Penh but it is very easy to get around the city using the Grab app. The apartment is around 40 minutes from the airport. I stayed here for a month and would not hesitate to stay again. The hosts are lovely and will always ask if you need any help. Ignore the previous bad review, clearly the guest was the problem and not the hosts/airbnb itself.

Chelsea’s apartment is very nice and easy to live in - the building itself also offers great amenities such as a supermarket, numerous restaurants and a pool! Chelsea herself was very attentive and was constantly answering our questions and giving us useful information about Phmom Penh.

not a touristy area, but safe to walk around. easy to get transport. need to use the restaurant next door door grab location otherwise no one will know where it is. kitchen set up not western style, but still very usable for counter space. no fans, so had to use the ac a lot. comfy couch & bed. ham bathroom doesn't flush well so quit using it.

We had a wonderful stay here. The building is in a great central location to everything we wanted the see in PP. Emma was very responsive and helpful. She delivered more water for us when we asked. The room is also on the 35th floor and offers some of the best views in PP. The pool on the 13th floor is beautiful. I would stay here again. Thank you Emma!

Very beautiful surprise A+! 10 minutes from a great European-style supermarket. Starbuck, French pastry and Chinese, Japanese, Cambodian restaurants, etc 2 minutes away as well as the Casino for those interested. Easy check-in and contact. Perfect location. Apartment with a superb view. Extraordinary swimming pool and sports center and very easy to reach. Equipment: excellent mattress, tranquility for sleeping, tv and A+ technology, superb view, completely safe complex, drinking water with tank in the apartment: a must, and more... If you need anything, ask your host, he is super nice and responds very quickly. We were there for a few days and we happily extended it. Very nice stay A+! Thank you Eric.

Great location! Max value is in a walking distance. It's easy to travel by Tuktuk. The security guard and the management officers are really nice. If you need something, you can always contact the host :)

The apartment was exactly like the photos, spacious and very modern. It was a space that you could definitely stay at long term. The entire apartment, the appliances in the kitchen and the bathroom all seemed very new and modern. The building was always clean and well maintained, with friendly staff. The gym and pool area were amazing, they were well looked after, very accessible and a huge bonus to get with your stay. The value you get for what you pay is very good. Cao was a really friendly, polite and helpful host - the communication was always really fast and Cao was always very quick to help out with any request or message. Again - very pleasant stay, a good apartment for a long or short term stay!
