Holiday rentals with lake access in Cambridgeshire

We loved our stay in this lovely house. The house itself is comfortable, well equipped and beautifully furnished. The location is wonderful: extremely quiet and relaxing yet close to Stamford. It was extremely hot so we spent most of our stay outside in the fantastic grounds, observing wildlife including deer, red kite, hares playing and even a baby badger digging and foraging. We look forward to coming again, with our dogs next time!

The cottage was spacious, full of character and very comfortable. The garden is beautiful. Local pub just a short walk up the road. We had a lovely weekend stay.

Frank's place was perfect for our stay visiting friends in the local area. very clean place, comfortable bed, and lots of helpful items available that we needed. It was a peaceful night's sleep too. Would definitely stay again!

WHAT A PLACE! Stunning location and being on the water was amazing. The property was very well equipped and deceptively big. Having a bbq by the water made it really feel like we were on holiday (despite the typical British weather). We know Isleham well and it’s a great location to access lots of things going on and the village pubs have amazing food. We’ll definitely be repeat customers of this place and look forward to doing some more fishing, paddle boarding/kayaking and bbq’s when we come back 🥳

Hen weekend with a group of 12, the bride wanted a house with a hot tub for a chilled weekend and being right beside the lake was an extra surprise for her. All 12 of us really did have a fantastic weekend with some lovely memories made for the bride to be 🥰 the house is lovely and has beautiful surroundings. Thank you Yolanda for accommodating us for the weekend it was everything that the bride to be wanted 🤗 Think we will all miss the 🦢 family mum/dad and their 5 baby’s came to see us every morning and evening 🥰

A really lovely lodge in a beautiful, peaceful setting. It was so well equipped; had everything you could possibly need and more - the welcome basket and additional extras were very thoughtful and made such a difference. The owner was incredibly helpful with excellent communication and everything was exactly as described. We hope to return next time we visit family in the area and would highly recommend.

This apartment is the best rental we have ever stayed in It’s beautiful the photos dont do it justice, spotlessly clean throughout. Easy instructions to find property and get inside. Beds were so comfortable, linens and towels gorgeous. The bathroom is stunning. We absolutely loved this apartment and the view from the balcony was as stunning as the pictures. The host was very responsive and was able on this occasion to meet our request to enter the apartment earlier which we were extremely grateful for. Would highly recommend to anybody visiting the area.

Tami's place was exactly as described and a gem. Everything was there that you needed as well as extras of the pool table, games, books and music. Bed was really comfortable, great location along the river. Tami kept in communication and respo ded quickly. would definitely recommend and go back again.

we had the most relaxing and peaceful stay at Amanda's. It was do comfortable and cozy and the outlook and surroundings were beautiful. Amanda was friendly and so helpful before and once we arrived. Will definitely return.

Lucky with the weather during our 3 night stay made it even better than expected. The balcony and the bi-fold doors were ideal for viewing the surrounding countryside and the sunsets. The area was really spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and the shower worked well.

Tucked away in a very private and incredibly enchanted setting, this airbnb is perfect for a peaceful weekend escape. Inside, the house was very clean, and well kept. The owner was incredibly friendly, and allowed us to walk around the grounds. We loved the geese, ducks and bunnies.

Nicola’s place was lovely. Just what we needed. We stayed for a week whilst we were having work completed on our house. The situation was beautiful, a nice peaceful spot near to a farm shop and a pub. Nicola was friendly and communicative. We would recommend her accommodation. Thanks for the stay

Great clean accommodation very close to main town, restaurants and river, lovely host who kept in contact to ensure everything was ok. We stayed family of four for 10 days and loved it

An absolutely outstanding location with the most engaging and caring hosts. Upon our arrival, we even found a loaf of bread and cookies in the kitchen as well as milk in the fridge, kindly left for us. The host was attentive to any of our needs, even allowing us to arrive early at the property. The whole property was spick & span. We will definitely return in the future! This property deserves 6 stars.

We really enjoyed staying at Sally's place. It was lovely and cosy and Sally had left out lots of little treats and thoughtful extras. The local pub is very close and was nice and welcoming. The location is nice and quiet, but close enough to places like Ely which was definitely worth a visit. Often Airbnb's only have 4 plates, 4 bowls etc, but the kitchen had lots of everything including a large dishwashwer. It was also great to have the small wood burning stove and it was nice and warm the entire time. We would definitely like to go back!
