The complex has a pool, kiddie pool, two hot tubs, courtyard, grills, a tennis court, bike rentals, fitness center, and business center. It is close to the Pier, King and Prince, Lighthouse, and Coast Guard Station. The Perfect Island location for couples and families! Note: These are June and July rates. Y’all we added an all season POOL/SPA! This home is local beach living at its finest and newly renovated, decorated and furnished for comfort. Enjoy all the south end has to offer from our beautiful beach to quaint shops and restaurants. Our home is less than a mile from the public beach access and is an easy walk or bike ride! The outdoor living is awesome here - plenty of room to park a boat and a fully fenced yard.

Janice's place was bigger than pics show. The interior was nicely furnished, and the kitchen was well stocked. The landscaping and backyard are amazing. If you are a cook at home chef, you will be surprised by the amount of cook ware and utensils available. We will definitely be considering a return visit in the fall.

I lucked out and it was just me at Bernice’s place. I felt completely at home and safe. It was easy to get in and settled. Loved the peaceful home and the clean- neat- nice set up. They have a bunch of landscaping eaters (deer) that are entertaining. It’s a very short walk to the beach. Perfect for walking and biking around the island. I was there for a Rotary conference so I didn’t get much time to enjoy the immediate area…. But it’s perfect for visiting the conference center also! Highly recommended!

We were on SSI for a Christmas family vacation and this house was the perfect location. There were 7 adults and an infant. It was perfect for everyone to gather and spread out when we wanted. The hot tub was perfect for the December weather.

This house is gorgeous. It has a beautiful double pool in the backyard, plenty of lounge chairs to soak up some sun. Totally walkable to the beach, but we rented a golf cart, which was awesome. You can easily rent a golf cart and drive it from the house to any restaurants, to the beach, to the park. I thoroughly enjoyed personally the soaking jet tub, and the master bathroom. I know it’s the little things, but I don’t have a soaking tub at home and so whenever I rent a house and it has a great one I am always more than thrilled. Plus the kitchen was amazing. Lots of space to really get a good meal prepped, the gas grill outside cooks extremely well, and all the TVs in every bedroom and the main den area were smart TVs so everyone was happy. I would definitely recommend staying here, and also we will definitely be back soon.
