Awesome place!!! Such a nice house and at such a great price. So well decorated, plenty of materials should you forget something such as makeup wipes and anything you could need to cook! Really awesome would love to visit again thank you!

My stay was amazing! Loved the peace and quiet and the view. It was an absolutely a beautiful home, very clean and loved the fact I did not have to go up or down any stairs. Would highly recommend to any of my friends and family to stay in this lovely home with great host.

This place was absolutely serene! The natural beauty everywhere complimented the beauty of Mike’s space. Check-in was easy, there was more than enough room for my family of 5, it was clean and exactly as described. I wish we could have stayed for longer. Communication was quick and concise and everything we needed, we had. The amenities were amazing and I will be back!

Great condo, very nice and clean. Loved the boat dock being within sight of the condo. Would definitely book again. Christopher was very helpful and a great host.

The condo is really nice with a beautiful view of the water. Love that it’s on the top floor with high ceilings and very quiet.

A great place to stay for the weekend!

Daniel's place is spacious, clean, quite and well equipped. The reservation process was easy with plenty of pictures and detailed description of the place. Great place to stay in!

We picked this location due its proximity of the amphitheater. Unfortunately our concert was canceled due to weather but Mindy was super responsive and helpful to find alternative activities. Proactively communicated and the house was exactly as listed. Super easy and clear check out instructions. Highly recommend this host and location for a peaceful lake visit.

The cabin was amazing and had plenty for my 4 children under the age of 10 to do. The cabin is beautiful and unique with the breezeway and additions. The dock was great, we spent all day on the dock and in the River. It was very nice to have a refrigerator and trash can on the dock and the Lilly pad was a hit with the kids. I highly recommend this cabin to other families. Ryan was also very kind and responsive. Thanks again Ryan for letting us enjoy your cabin!

The place is amazing for a getaway. The house is super neat and ornate! Everything was clean and user-friendly. The dock was easy to access, the golf cart rental was clutch! Jolene was prompt at responding. They did have the other two properties also airbnb'd at the same time, but there was good distance between each lodging. Also, the dock was big enough for all the families to share the space.

Alan’s spot was private, cozy and well kept. The location is desirable for Sunrise Beach and a great spot to take the dogs.

We were there for softball and while other players waited in traffic, we drove (zero traffic) through beautiful countryside and past the best road names (Up and Down Road, Blackberry Road etc. ) and straight to the ballfields. If you need wifi, make sure you have a powerful hotspot (we were trying to watch live NCAA championship games one evening). The kitchen is AMAZING. It reminded me of my Grandma's kitchen growing up in a small town. There are some popular ingredients (flour, sugar, salt, creamer, coffee) for shared use and all truly every room is stocked with everything you could need. We built puzzles, cooked our meals, laughed and enjoyed the porch and incredible views. The touches of home and family were perfect. We would definitely stay again. Great location to hide away for the weekend and get on the water. Walkable distance to Shady Gators which is always a fun place to go experience. Be prepared as there is not a lot of supplies provided and we almost ran out of toilet paper wand paper towels. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay

We had a wonderful stay. The house is simply gorgeous, stunning views from every corner, very specious and has everything you need! Equipped with Endless entertainment-our kids loved arcade games, entertainment space in the garage, and the pick-ball court. The heated pool and the hut tub were highlight of our stay, kids enjoyed it the entire time and the pool was very warm and comfortable to swim in, even though it was 60 degrees. The only con is that the check in and check out are not really reasonable-checking in at 4pm is pretty late and checking out at 10 am is too early when you have 16 people staying. Overall it was a great stay!

Great spot at Lake of the Ozarks! The A-frame house is super cute and unique - from the decor to the entertainment, so much has been considered. The cove is lovely and the floating lily pad is a fun addition for use at the dock. My kiddo loved the loft space and my husband and I played pinball like kids ourselves. Host Tiphanie was fantastic. So organized leading up to our stay and responsive during our stay! Even things inside the home are helpfully labeled. Cozy beds. Stocked kitchen. Bidet in bathroom. Everything was clean! 5 stars.

We’re traveling across the country and this place was everyone’s favorite so far! The view is beautiful. We felt relaxed as soon as we arrived. It’s a great spot to settle in and enjoy the area.

Caroline's place was wonderful to stay in- fully stocked with so many amenities and great location right on the water. My kids loved the loft as they felt like they had their own special area. Location was perfect, with Camdenton only a few minutes drive away with restaurants, Walmart, etc. Only drawback was all of the (very cute!) decorations if you have small children, as it was a bit of a struggle to keep things away from them. Otherwise we had a great time and would return again!

Felt so comfortable and safe in this area. Everything you want to do in the city is close by. Grocery, restaurants, attractions. We loved it! Would've been good to know about license needed for boat & jet ski rental in advance. FYI bring your own, it's cheaper. Nice there's a boat slip for that to bring your own.

We had a wonderful stay. Montira was so communicative and helpful. We would definitely go back.

Inge provided exactly what was advertised. The sunsets from the balcony were amazing and with the noise curfew at night, we rested completely.

Felt right at home “again”. Lovely location comfy bed and beautiful views! Oh yes and a delicious bottle of wine to end the night thanks to the host!

Mark's place was very accommodating. Breakaway Bay is far enough away from the activities of the lake that you feel at peace but close enough to anything you may need. The property was very clean and quiet.
