FRONT private entrance, front half of the house boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Well stocked kitchen and many extra amenities. Nice quiet neighborhood. Perfect location for cross country skiers, snowmobilers, boaters and fisherman. Snowmobile trails located 400ft away. Godfreys Point boat launch on Oneida Lake is 20 minutes away and Sylvan Beach is 15 minutes away. Just under an hour from Syracuse, Utica, and Turning Stone Casino. Osceola Ski and Sport Resort is 20 minutes away.
