Our location is 700 meters by car to the beach, 250 meters as the crow flies. 2.5 km to the city center, 12 km to Rize Airport, 90 km to Trabzon Airport. Easy access to Ayder, Zilkale, Çat and the springs in the region is provided. A tour program can be easily made during the day and a return home can be provided. The entire building and garden seen in the photo belong to our guests. The minimum stay is 5 days, excluding interim dates.

Everything in the photos was exactly the same. It was clean and tidy. You can reach the batum in 35 minutes. It has a central location. Mr. Alper was a caring and good host. Kitchen utensils were thought out to meet your every need. It had air conditioning and a stove related to the heating. One of the rare places I would recommend.

الوصول للمكان سهل ، نظافة وترتيب وجودة الفيلا متميزة ، متوفر بها جميع الاحتياجات . ترتيب الفيلا رائع والإطلالة مميزة . تعاون الطاقم متميز واحترافي . السعر مرتفع بعض الشي ولكن جودة الفيلا تستحق كانت تجربة مميزة . وجبة الافطار رائعة ومتكاملة . يستحق فوق ٥ نجوم . "Accessing the place is easy, the cleanliness, organization, and quality of the villa are exceptional, and it has all the necessities. The arrangement of the villa is wonderful, and the view is distinctive. The cooperation of the staff is outstanding and professional. The price is a bit high, but the quality of the villa is worth it; it was a remarkable experience. The breakfast is wonderful and complete. It deserves more than 5 stars."
