Our studio has all the amenities you'd need to feel right at home. The property has a large gym with saunas, 2 salt water pools and hot tubs, a ping pong table, and beach access. We have a fully equipped kitchen to make a beautiful meal or BBQ down near the pool, even order take out from one of the many highly rated restaurants near by for a picnic.

To relax and recharge, use the buildings pools and spas or enjoy the 5 min walk to the beach + strand. Enjoy working here with 200mbps Internet and a dedicated desk in the bedroom. Our condo is a corner unit on the top floor (accessible via elevator) of building G in the North Coast Village.

Welcome to a newly remodeled ocean view condo steps to the beach in North Coast Village. Everything is brand new from the new stainless steel kitchen appliances with white quartz countertops to the beautiful bathroom with walk in shower. Kitchen has new cabinets and everything you need to cook a homemade meal if you choose. There is a coffee maker and coffee provided. A beach theme was used to decorate the entire condo that truly makes you feel like you are in paradise.

This Southern California condo complex is just steps to the beach. It is nestled in between the Oceanside Pier and the Harbor. It is in a gated area that is landscaped to feel like you are in a tropical paradise. It has a large pool, hot tub, new remodeled gym and BBQ area. It is within walking distance to the downtown beach community of Oceanside where many events take place. You can fish, take whale watching tours and eat at some of the finest restaurants in Southern California.

Spacious, clean and well furnished beach condo, A312, at North Coast Village. Updated decor in May 2026. A/C in downstairs bedroom. Sand toys, beach chairs, and beach umbrellas provided. Ocean waves are heard and seen from upstairs deck and master suite. Short walk to the beach, pier, harbor, restaurants, movie theater, etc. Free wifi. Complex has pools, jacuzzi, gym, indoor garage. PLEASE NOTE: We have a sound sensitive neighbor, please no running/loud noises on first floor.
