Bring your ATV's as you can ride them from the property directly to the trails, no trailering required! Minutes to Royal Blue and Tackett Creek trail heads and Lake Norris boat ramp. Stop at the gas station to fill up and grab snacks and ice, have breakfast at the Diner, and then head to the trails. After a days ride stop for dinner in town. Welcome to our peaceful and family-friendly farmhouse cottage with 2 bedrooms 1.5 baths, located in a quiet private location just minutes away from interstate 75 Jellico exit and a short drive to many ATV trails like Royal Blue and others. For your convenience there is a circle drive easily accessible for those pulling trailers. We have lots of room to unload ATVS and trailer/ truck parking. We are located 42 miles to The University of Tennessee, and many other points of interest in Knoxville.

Historic year-round cabin along lakeshore w/dock

The lake home was built in the early 1930's to house the engineers constructing the entire TVA (Tennessee Valley Authority) system that created dams and hydro-electric power throughout the region. It also provided jobs that helped with employment during the Great Depression. A wonderful addition we made recently was a dock, which remains in the water from sometime in March until late October. Please note this is an old, quaint home. It has its quirks.

Located on a 140 acre farm surrounded by an additional 260 acres of forest and over 10 miles of old logging trails. Norris Lake is a short hike to fish, boat, hike, bike, wild life, camp and picnics.

Happy Horse Hotel [ATV Trails, Fenced in yard!]

The Happy Horse Farm Hotel is a beautiful newer construction home with lots of room and a great view of the adjoining horse farm on the back of the property. Deemed a Retirement home for Horses and cows, you can spend your evenings watching Ruby, Maddy, Star, Mountain girl and all the other wonderful animals we have roaming the 13 acres behind the house. Of course they are all friendly and appreciate any and all attention!
