Cozy studio great for those looking for tranquility and want to walk alone or as a couple on Ilha da Magia. In the garden, there are birds singing, little marmosets in the trees, and the beach is a 10-minute walk or 2-minute drive away. The house is located in the south of the island in the Campeche neighborhood and consists of a bedroom + kitchen and bathroom and garden at the entrance with a parking space. It is close to restaurants, bars, pharmacy, bakery and markets.

The place is pleasantly calm and ideal for those who want to relax. We are an Azorean community.
