Rose was extremely helpful and welcoming, which made all the difference in our experience. We spent 2 very pleasant days there. The house is well equipped, with two rooms with heaters and electric showers, one inside the bedroom and the other in the shared bathroom. The structure comfortably accommodates up to five people. The beds are comfortable, there were plenty of towels and blankets available, and we were able to rest very well, even with the cold of the city. I had to wash some clothes during the stay, and Rose kindly provided us with a washer and dryer, which made it much easier! Note: when using the showers simultaneously, you cannot turn on 2 at the same time, the light switch drops, but this was just a technical and workable detail that did not affect our overall experience. I highly recommend the accommodation! The house is comfortable and the view from there is wonderful, only the hills that we were scared to climb to get to the house because we are not used to it lol

It exceeded our expectations. Mr. Clayton is a great host, very helpful. I asked him at the last minute to help me surprise my boyfriend, he did it beautifully and left it as a courtesy. The house is impeccable, fully equipped. Humanized check-in, we love it. We will definitely return with our daughter and we will not accept not staying there again. My family and I were very well received by Leonice and Francisco, great hosts, they welcomed us with the fireplace lit, leaving the room warm. The house is exactly as described and shown in the photos, simple and cozy. The kitchen is complete with all utensils. Hot shower, very nice. Outside the house there is a table with chairs, the sun shines early, very nice for breakfast. There are many blankets, clean. I recommend and intend to return.

Clean, well-equipped place, perfect for those seeking tranquility, contact with nature and outdoor activities. Improvement points: I missed the iron, the fireplace is a bit of a hassle to keep lit. The dirt road that gives access to the cottage is the only drawback. It was in terrible condition, I was thankful it hadn't rained. It also has no lighting and is poorly signposted. Tips: If you intend to make the most of the city's attractions and seek convenience, I suggest re-evaluating the stay. The road to the center is long and traffic often doesn't help. Always leave the chalet early to return before 9:00 pm. The road frightens the night, but the place does not appear to be violent.

Look, the apartment in the photos is beautiful. But in person, it's IMPECCABLE. My husband and I spent our honeymoon at the Loft and we were delighted! Excellent reception, we were very well received at the entrance and treated with great attention. Beautiful, fragrant, clean, the view is perfect and very close to the center of Capivari. We loved our stay, the idea was to find a place where we didn't need to leave, really enjoy the house and the space and that's what we did. The feeling is that the house is in the middle of a forest, a peace, the sound of the river all day, at bedtime the feeling was that it was raining because of the sound of the river and it was delicious. Vitor shared Cassandra's contact, who provided a price list and items we could request for delivery. This was great because it helped us with some items we had forgotten. Having this contact was very helpful for the husband and daughter who made the delivery. We took a while to understand the jacuzzi, but when it heated up (as stated in the ad) it was delightful. Thanks a lot for the experience!!

My husband and I only stayed one night in the cottage, but we wanted to stay much longer! Communication with Tatiane was great, always very helpful and polite, she informed us of all the details of how to access the place and check in. The cottage is the most beautiful thing, every little detail thought out with great affection, furniture, kitchen utensils, decoration, everything made to feel like a fairy tale. The place has a lot of privacy and is very quiet, we heard several birds singing in the morning and we also saw hummingbirds strolling through the flowers in the garden. The view is a spectacle in itself, we saw the sunset from the property's gazebo, behind the chalet, and it was one of the most beautiful I've ever seen! In the morning we could also see the fog gradually dissipating in the valley, a beautiful scenario. Perfect stay, we can't wait to come back!

A private location with easy access to the center of Capivari. I had a problem with the Internet that was down, and I also automatically didn't have access to Netflix. Our stay was great, it was quite cold and the heaters in the bedroom and bathroom floor made a difference. Good mattresses and pillows and clean bedding. I needed maintenance on the water flow and Tarcila responded promptly and solved the problem. It is a pleasant chalet, within a condominium, which conveys a sense of security. You can let the pet loose on the lawn, as the space is well fenced.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at Rodrigo’s place. The house is exactly like the pictures—beautiful, peaceful, and impeccably arranged. The surroundings are serene and perfect for a family retreat or even a solo escape to recharge.
