The house is very nice and fresh. The pool was super clean the entire time of the stay. The only thing is that the kitchen is outside the house, which makes it not practical.

The location is super quiet, the nearby beach is great for bathing and also for surfing. The house is quite complete with household utensils and everything was clean and organized. Communication was also excellent.

The house is very well structured and newly renovated! The rooms are large, spacious backyard with barbecue area with sink and wooden table in the outdoor area, the Host left beach chairs available, plenty of kitchen utensils, there are shops in the vicinity that held our last minute needs well, the house corresponds to the photos. I will definitely return! The service was great and the pool was very clean. Congratulations

Excellent benefit cost. We made a family trip and the place met - and exceeded - our expectations. We already have plans to return as soon as possible. I am not much to comment, however, in this serious lodging even injustice fails to thank Mr. Ricardo's service and congratulate for the great house. It's actually a brand-new mansion, very well planned and with exceptional comfort. Who is researching house to stay in São Fidélis I recommend with my eyes closed and I will give an extra tip: take a fishing rod, at the bottom of the house it passes the Paraíba River and it is full of fish there, me and my children took 3, unforgettable moments. We made the reservation 13 hours before check-in time, yet the owner made sure we were well received. The property is as described in the images, close to shops and the beach. The owner made check-out more flexible. Everything went well!
