Es verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Badezimmer mit Dusche, Wohnküche und Terrasse. Auf dem Dach befindet sich eine weitere Sonnenterrasse.

In case of prolongation/ longer term stay a regular contract with registration is optional. It's located in a newly renovated duplex.
