The location was perfect—close to everything I needed but still quiet at night. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was prompt and friendly throughout. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The house was very clean and had all the stuff you would normally need during your stay. The location is a bit far from the city proper, so would recommend future guests to bring snacks and other food you can eat upon check-in so you won’t have to go out too often. But should you need to go out without having your own car, it’s easy to book a Joyride car for pick-up from the unit. Ly, the host, was SUPER responsive and helpful throughout our entire stay. She was also very accommodating to our check-in and check-out requests. Our stay was very comfortable and that was all thanks to our amazing host.

Overall, the property is good place to live away from home! As the name itself, it’s a farm so expect that is located outside the city! If you’re a nature lover, you’ll love the place. I am expecting that everything is to be provided like bath towel, toiletries, disposable slippers and the likes. However, i found that only limited supplies were at hand. But upon request from the host, the same were provided on time!

It was a great stay

The place is clean and spacious. My family enjoyed the house. There is wifi, smart TV and a working kitchen. 3 bathrooms which is great for 4. The location is just hard to find. But once you're there, it's fine. It's quite expensive, though, but it's alright as long as my family was safe during the Typhoon Pepito.

I had a fantastic stay at RHM Homestay! The unit was perfectly clean, modern, well decorated, safe, and in a good location. I felt at home and comfortable even though I stayed alone. The host, Ms. Justine, was incredibly responsive and helpful with any concerns I had. She even picked me up at the bus terminal because I arrived early. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Naga City. Thank you Ms. Justine and RHM Homestay!

This is our second time visiting the place and it never disappoints. We'll definitely coming back. If you're looking for a quiet and private getaway, this is the best place for you.

An incredibly gorgeous space set outside of Centro at the base plate of the mountain. It's quiet, clean and cosy amongst beautiful gardens in the jungle. Highly recommend!

Jero is very accomodating and he welcomed us in to their home. The communication was seamless since the host was very responsive and considerate. They ensure our stay was comfortable from start to finish. The place was homey and beautiful. We love the peaceful neighborhood. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. Jinky’s BnB is superb. The place is new, comfy and very cozy. Staying in the place is very relaxing since it is sorrounded by nature. Kuya Alfred, their caretaker is also helpful in every way. Crave Cacao farmhouse is the perfect place if you want some some peace and quiet. Loved the adjacent dragon fruit farm and cacao orchard leading to the farmhouse! The space is exactly as described. Dino is a great host. Very responsive and thoughtful. Michelle and the other staff were also very friendly and helpful. We really appreciate the complimentary chocolates! Don't forget to stop by the shop to buy good quality Crave Cacao products!

Good host and The caretakers are very helpful, We're a group of 7 so the place is quite Big and Spacious for us, Nice and Clean Pool, they got the Grill for BBQ just bring your own charcoal!.. Amenities are all there, if you're into a typical Filipino Excursion like us They've got the Entertainment for that! Big flat screen TV plus Videoke are provided... otherwise if you want a peace and quiet night the location is great...so overall our overnight stay's worth the money. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ms Leilani was very responsive to us. We had a lot of questions and needed to be more familiar with the area. She was also very flexible with the check-in. Her caretakers were very warm and friendly. The place was homey and clean. We loved that there was air conditioning even in the common areas of the house. They even had the air conditioning switched on when we arrived. That was a very caring touch. We stayed for almost a week and didn't need to ask so much because everything was available. Even the basic condiments we needed to cook were all set in the kitchen. We'd recommend this place to anyone who will be staying in Naga and settling in before starting their Bicol roadtrip. Thank you so much, Ms Leilani, for the hassle-free experience.

They were very accomodating. Whenever we have questions, or requests, the host replies very fast. The place is very near establishments, such as restaurants, bars, and malls (Around 10 - 15 min drive, 20 max, depends on traffic.). Some establishment are walkable, if you like walking, we even saw some people jog in different time. All in all 5/5, will book again. Thank you for having us! 🙇🏻‍♂️

Sir Ryan is easy to deal with. He is accommodating, helpful and responsive. He also addressed all our queries patiently. So, two thumbs up to Sir Ryan! With regard to the unit, we were overjoyed with its simplicity and cleanliness. We enjoyed our 2-day stay in the unit and we really felt "home" in Naga because of the cozy ambiance inside the house. There's just this minor issue on the water dripping from the aircon. It drips near the front door so it can be uncomfortable to get inside the house. But all in all, it was a great stay! We are definitely recommending this place! 🫡
