The house is very comfortable and spacious, as in the photos, fully equipped kitchen, screens on all windows and doors, the showers work well and the outdoor shower is great for removing sand from the beach and for facing the hottest days. Comfortable beds. The house has all the amenities I recommend bringing bed linens, basic kitchen items (oil, salt, coffee, etc...) and hygiene items (toilet paper, soap, towels) that are for personal use as Claudio himself advises. The house is very close to the beach by a super quiet path and has lifeguards nearby. Cláudio is a helpful and very kind host who attended to everything we needed quickly, I highly recommend staying in this paradise! We will certainly return!

The impeccable kitchen, the super clean rooms, a pleasant space,the differential are the 3 air-connected ones that worked perfectly, 2 bikes available( my son loved), the clean pool, a great garage, well-kept outdoor area, the place is wonderful, near quiet neighbors, super calm neighborhood and far from the bustle, the house is safe and come without fear. Host Ana wonderful, quick and super flexible responses, Marcos welcomed us very well and gave us one more thing in the pool, and we did not want to return home, we will return more times... At the time of Checkout, that is, we handed the key to the house to Marcos, we did a thorough cleaning and tried to leave it the same way we found...

Clean, organized and well equipped location! Next to the center, you can do everything on foot, there is market, snack bars, ice cream shops and nearby restaurants. It was worth the stay!

I had to check in the night on short notice, but the hostess responded quickly, was kind and everything went well. I didn't end up seeing in the description that the place has no bedding and I didn't take it, but I spoke to the host and she arranged it quickly at no extra cost. The place is very close to the beach. I thought it was a good cost-benefit and enjoyed how we were served and received. We'll probably be back!

The house is wonderful. We were in a group of 17 people and it accommodated us well. The house is complete, has a delicious pool and a very complete leisure area. The kitchen is also very complete. Rebeca's hospitality, responding very quickly and resolving all doubts (and look, as the group was large there were several doubts), the caretaker and the housekeeper were also always ready to help with whatever was needed, are points that make you even more comfortable. Lindo Property, with a wonderful view, good for those who like to fish and want something more peaceful, the house offered everything we needed for the days we stayed. Luís and the very attentive and receptive housekeeper, the housekeeper gave us tips and helped us regarding the purchase of shrimp and oyster. Because it is a property by the river, it has some animals in some peak hours, but nothing that a repellent does not solve. A single tip would be to place the identification of the voltage of the outlets on the outside of the Property, as unfortunately we ended up connecting one of our fans at a 220 voltage, but that is the least as well.
